Discussed dietary requirements with them and then they served me two dishes that would have made me sick. Didn't apologies or offer to replace them. Loud building works going on inside the venue.

Surprisingly they offer South Indian Dishes only post 4 pm! Parking is ample. Moreover the birds in the cage was the worst part. Sad Food was good but served cold. Service was average. Staff is clueless. The parking attendant was pestering.

Nice place with good atmosphere & food was awesome But the incident which hat happened on 26/7 Some family come to have lunch but that family was careless about there kid. The kid was allmost near the pond of water & it's was full. The concern person or the owner of the restaurant came & told to came back. It's was to save there kid. But the father of kid came to the person who helped scolded badly & told will put bad reviews & comments to our restaurant

I and my family had a very bad experience at this hotel yesterday i.e. on Friday July 26,2024. This hotel owner doesn't even have a basic courtesy, he doesn't even know how to speak with customers. I have 7 year old kid and she was excited about the small waterfall which is out side the hotel and there was unoccupied in construction hall which was echoing.. kid as just restlessly running and playing around. This owner blatantly comes and says take your kid and get out. My 80 year old parents had just started having food and he comes with all his arrogance at his disposal and speaks in such rude manner. We just walked out without having any food and paying bill for same. when my wife spoke to him, he again he made arrogant statement saying you can leave . I and my family will never ever step into this restaurant.. Owner of this restaurant has no basic sense how how to speak with people or has any empathy towards people. My family was insulted, i hope no other family or kid go thorough such a horrific experience.

Palaka team is really good, event arrangements awesome, food really very very tasty. Good team work, really appreciate to entire team...

Saw beautiful ads on road with Pictures of Banana leaf and items like south indian food being served...but nothing except Chinese and North Indian food only available..even Thali is not available. Person taking order is very busy to respond to you..please count no of pieces of naan or rotis added in final bill. Parking space is good.
