Sankula River Resort

We were a family of 17 and we had an amazing time in Sankula. Amazing Resort with great amenities and the services from the staff were great as well.They were very polite. Food was very good and all our dietary requirements were taken care of (vegetarian and Jain food were served with no complaints) The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms were very clean as well. Enough out door games equipment are provided so that both the kids and the adults are kept engaged. A stream flows nearby, again kids and the adults thoroughly enjoyed playing in water, there is also a small zip line available. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my family. Highly recommend for a big family or friends trip.

Let me start with saying if you are planning to visit sakleshpur or Mudigere, it is worth to check out Sankula. We stayed at Sankula for two nights. we were a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. The play area and activity are all good. The zip line was a very nice experience. Though we were the only guest for the entire resort, it was like ours. The service was very good. Sachin and Madan who were managing the show, did responded well on time for any service requests. Food was pretty decent, not too spicy or oily. Near by places: We did Ettina bhuja hiking. 2 km one side in the forest was tough but adventurous. other place like Bettada bhairaveshwara and Abbi falls are worth visiting. Only area of concern was the Pool. The first day it was very clean, that night it rained and for the second day the pool became very dirty and the guys struggled to clean it. This is tough I know, but may be they can work on this. but the pool experience was very the best on first day.

I enjoyed waking up to stunning views of and spending my evenings unwinding in the garden. What truly made this stay stand out, though, was the personal touch. [SANKULA] went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, from offering local dining recommendations to arranging a personalized tour of the area. The homemade breakfast every morning was delicious and set the tone for an amazing day. The hospitality, the comfort, and the attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a host who truly cares about your experience, I couldn't recommend this home stay enough. I'll definitely be back!

We were a family of 17 and were thinking of a place where we could have the whole place for ourselves in the midst of serenity , I can easily say that sankula resort is one of the best places to stay with family if not the best ...the owner of the resort was kind enough to oblige to our requests, all thanks to our brother Mr.junaid who organised and planned the whole trip ...given an opportunity we would love to visit the resort again ...

Few improvement pointers should be definitely looked at seriously, 1. wifi availability was a big concern. They have to work on this immediately. 2. Breakfast service has to be really fast. Few Items like dosa, toast etc were delaying to get served. 3. Food needs some more options as they serve very basic lunch and dinner compared to other resorts/homestays around that area. 4. Room needs basic furnishings like bath towels, drinking water bottles, clean and neat bed spreads and blankets. 5. A guide service, who takes guests around the place will be a value add.

It's a good resort.. the food is very good...the service as well.. you can stay without any doubt ...

Amazing Resort with fantastic amenities and services. The staff were very polite and supportive. Great work by Mr Sachin and his crew. The rooms are very spacious and clean even the bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my family. Definitely gonna recommend if you're looking for a big family or friends trip and want to have a property all for your self. Also this is a pet friendly resort.
