There is no maintenance staff in this and once booked you are on your own. For many rooms there is no keys and for those who have keys are unclean. The materials all look fine but are non functional or unclean. Very bad experience. Not suitable for family and any functions. This place not at all family friendly. Only drunkards have a good time here and they stay free of cost as many rooms don't have keys. Jagalur police should verify the premise and do regular verification for any illegal activities here.

Pros: Calm environment, spacious rooms, wardrobe, good teapoy, good working (Computer/Laptop) desk (fixed), spacious balcony, Choose your room depending on whether you like sunset or sunrise. Huge parking space, Cons: Hard water(salty), no restaurant in building, but there is a decent (hard working) family run restaurant called Apsara right opposite. Still under construction on May 2023.

I am a Government school teacher and I am compelled to write this review first time in my life. I just want to say that this is a Worst place to stay in Jagalur. There is no proper staff to maintain and the three people who live there to maintain are worst of humans. They don't know anything about respect. If you book a room, then you are on your own. They don't provide anything other than disrespect.

I would have rated in negative if there was an option, one with worst maintenance and no staff members to attend, if there is power then there will be no water and vice versa, not safe to stay for family members. They even try to do moral policing if you ask for extra bucket of water to clean you vehicle. The property looks only good to see from outside. Think and book your rooms.

I would like to give minus five stars... Rowdism place.... Worst of worst, we have got up early in the morning, way to go to marriage, no water, no electricity. If you say this, then the staff will come to beat you !!! Those 3 guys are horrible.... You will not have any person or higher authority to call or complain bcoz reception is just empty .... You pay to get beaten up... Hell on earth !!!!

Responce is very bad... And cost also...very high ...they telling cost difrent rent for difrent people....this is not good

Poor maintenance inside rooms also at reception area. Lift not working. Staff are very rude and do not bother to hear from you

It's nice and clean place. But water sarvice means hot water and cold water is not sufficient. Try to better sarvice it's sajetion for owner..
