Wonderla Resort

Rooms are excellent.... Resort and it's amenities are very good..... The best part is, We spend entire day in resort with games and in temp swimming pool...... Me and my daughter is prone to cold water but we spend entire day in temp swimming pool with full of energy. Coming park and resort to and fro they provide buggy it's very good. All game are very nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort! The property is beautifully maintained--everything from the gardens to the rooms was spotless and well cared for. You can really tell the management puts effort into keeping the place in top shape. The staff were all incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. A special shoutout to New Boy, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. His service really stood out and made our experience even better.

The room was clean and the food was good. The bed was comfy the staff's attitude was good.|The resort was a good place to relax and unwind. since we were there for two night, we opted for the package with WiFi and complimentary breakfast (with the tickets to the amusement park). We liked the pool and the breakfast.

Most people come to this resort to visit the amusement park. However, to enjoy this resort, come to just enjoy "this" resort. A perfect getaway. The facilities are amazing, staff is courteous, ample parking, good food. Highly recommended for families with children. The only downside is, there are no restaurants nearby, so you have to eat in the restaurant inside the resort. Don't miss the Caribbean pool (4pm to 8pm). Children will go crazy! Due to the Bangalore weather, it feels a little cold. Get ear caps for your kids and for yourself as well, you can enjoy it better.

It's a good resort with activities to do, went with a family and we enjoyed a lot. Even at restaurant they were able to customize food as per our needs.|I feel definitely thing management can improve on is timings.||1. Caribbean pool start time is at 4 pm, not sure why it is not started early around noon or 1 pm as by time it's gets started it start to become cooler. Many people were shivering and could not enjoy properly, hardly people could stay for 15 mins to max 30 mins. End time is 8 pm, not sure who will go this late in bangalore weather. I doubt if people will go even after 6 pm. Ideal time should be 1 pm to 5 pm. We planned first day of stay to enjoy in Carribean pool for couple and second day go for rides in wonderla. But Caribbean pool due to timings was a turn off and even after enjoying all the activities in resort we still had lot of time and literally bored.||2. Secondly Wonderla park timings start at 11 am which is too sunny for dry rides and wet rides don't start till 12 30. Ideally park should start at 8 am or max 9 am so that dry rides can be enjoyed in pleasant weather and during warm afternoon time people can enjoy wet rides and evening time enjoy remaining dry rides and activities/shows.||Current timings suits hot Delhi summer but its a turn off for Bangalore pleasant weather. ||Thus is definitely a suggestion as wonderla still get lot of customers and continue to get them as people in are okay to spend money on anything or everything but this will definitely give everyone full benefit of spending their hard earned money. |Not sure reason for promoting late culture but definitely improving timings will give customer satisfaction and Wonderla more customers. ||Resort and park were excellent in terms of hospitality and rides but timings is what can be improved.

1. One of the most delicious food we have ever had. Far better than some of the best 7-Star hotels we have visited. For instance, the Cake provided as part of the special Candle Light Dinner, just melts in mouth.||2. Very clean and extremely fast response even in the middle of the night.||3. WiFi speed was very good and no issues with VPN too.||4. Very effective AC, all the time hot water in bathrooms and washbasin.||5. Lovely views. We took the Suite Room.||6. Buggy services anytime to the amusement park.||7. Extremely courteous staff

birthday decorations done by pradeep was excellent. Birthday theme cake was excellent done by chef bablu and himani||We had good time in the wonderla park but little crowded. ||Stay in wonderla resort was good and room are neat. Service and help desk very helpful.
