Just near the highway, so very good hotel for a night stay for roadtrips. The rooms are big, and clean enough to stay. Car parking is also there and has cctv, so you can be assured about safety.

Spacious room with poor service. We requested for a extra blankets and clearly said will not provide. Bedsheet also very dirty. No restaurant no tea coffee. They even don't provide drinking water.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms. Affordable

All rooms are always good and very clean and all staff are very friendly nd very respected meet here nd very easy to find this place for staying here to everyone

I have stayed in this hotel for one day and checked out on 2nd March ,The hotel staff is extremely blunt and unprofessional. A hotel receptionist was worst and indifferent and he lost his temper when asked for receipt (Bill ) for payment.( card payment including card charges) the behavior of hotel receptionist are incredibly bad. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving staff behavior. Overall, the hotel and its owner are good, but it could be even better if it received a professional touch.

We stayed at JB residency Ilkal on the way to kudalasangama from Hampi. The rooms are neat and tidy. I recommend this and for family it is more suitable.

Not at all safe for Married couples. The staff here are very rude. They look indecent and speak Vulgar. I suggest no one to book this hotel. I had a very bad experience speaking to them. Adding to the reply by JB Residency: we are married couple. I did provide proof of marriage . I did provide Adaar car of both of us aswell, But your staff were rude. check your cctv camera. Don't try to hide your staff mistakes. Send them for proper hospitality training People visiting this lodge, kindly be cautious. Specially if are comming with family.
