Kyriad Prestige Ilkal

Three months back I gave the best review to Kyriad Prestige and now I am deleting it and giving a new one. When me & my family stayed there yesterday..the bedsheets as well as the pillowcases were not at all clean. We never expected that experience from Kyriad Prestige because we have stayed here twice before this also and it was good. Also in the morning when we went to have breakfast..the wash basin was too dirty. Please try to avoid such inconveniences for the guests.

This restaurant got very good reviews... That's why we booked there... overall area was very pleasant and we faced few issues in the room like, the wet towel kept in room ,middle of the night ac was fluctuated... But the main issue was breakfast buffet.....when we went for having breakfast almost all of the containers was empty and few people was waiting for their plates including my husband....only one server was serving foods....he was concentrating on only one table...he was not even faced us to take orders....it was so pathetic....my husband went inside the kitchen and gave the orders....The server's main focus was on that only table... One good thing which we felt was dinner dine in served by kushi...she did a very good job....

Great location with a pleasant ambiance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff members are very friendly and welcoming. I have asked for room change but they refused it citing technical problems but it was very polite. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is professional and efficient. A special thanks to Wakila Parveen for her excellent service. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay!

I recently visited this hotel and dined at its restaurant, where I had a great experience with the service. Senior Captain Vakika Parveen provided exceptional hospitality, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and Arjun Sir also offered outstanding service. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. Additionally, Manager Tisha was very courteous and guided us through the restaurant, including the washroom facilities, with great hospitality. The hotel's cleanliness, including the washrooms and overall maintenance, was commendable. However, while the service and ambiance were excellent, the taste of the food was average and could be improved. Overall, a well-maintained establishment with excellent service, but there is room for enhancement in the culinary experience.

We had very good experience and our night spent well foor the time we had spent our time to spare. Food was tasty, also staff was well behaved and polite. Keep it up. Best and soothing place.

Excellent hotel. I was on the way for bangalore from Delhi so stayed here for night. Loved this place . Clean, bedding is nice, Mattress is nice Shower is nice Hot water is perfect Chairs are perfect I had a real comfortable night. And restaurant was really good. Special mention to Ashu Tomar .

Saviour for those who needs to have a breakfast . Thier buffet breakfast was really nice so was thier service . Did not stay as we were looking for a breakfast place . Chef Badasha was really sweet . Vakila Praveen and Arjun's hospitality was at their best

I will give 4 ratings because this is a really good location and a much needed stop on this whole highway. You will not get many good options on this road for family. We have visited this restaurant around 4 times while traveling and the food is decent, mostly North Indian food options are available.. Also they provide must try breakfast buffet. Definitely one of the good options for food, break and restrooms. It is a bit costly though..
