Advik Estate by Karnataka stays One of the best private stay, Entire property for us only. Caretaker is very friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and had a great variety of options The location was Nature friendly. We enjoied a lot. l hope to back for a longer visit in the future.

Please don't waste your money on this worthless resort. It is far different from the photos they have shown in the website. They call fountain as the swimming pool , which is hard for even a single person to swim properly. Washing machine, speakers, fan, TV and many such things were not in proper working condition. Food was not tasty at all. No indoor games had proper equipments. It is an utter waste of money. Be carefull.and it is worst resort overall .

The Advik Estate is very good. Caretaker is very helpful polite and friendly. The rooms are good. Malnad style food is very good. It was very nice and relaxing experience. Visit again

This is an awesome place to spend your weekend and it's a wonderful gateway from your Work!! Both the good (veg and non veg) local dishes home prepared are really awesome! There is a kids pool ( fountain pool with fresh water) my kid enjoyed it!! There was a camp fire in the evening and they had a big bluetooth speaker, we enjoyed it a lot! They have a 2 separate bedroom and hall with open sofa cum (2) bed it can accommodate 10 people family with adjustment!! The climate is awesome and I recommend others to visit for a family outing!

Mix of many bad experiences and a good experience! The care taker Mr Prasanna was really pro active and helped us with delicious food! Nothing was good apart from that, the estate was filled with dogs that intruded our peace, there were about 5-6 of them. The rooms had huge spiders and black bed bugs, the fan on the ground floor bedroom wasn't working and all Of us had to adjust ourselves in the ground floor living room. The bonfire was lit once and there was nobody to attend to it. The most horrifying part was that a group of unknown strangers(about 10 males) barged into the property that was supposed to be a private property and were having a discussion with the care taker, which made all the female travellers extremely uncomfortable, they left after a while though. There was no watchman or a keeper to the property if we needed something at the night. The gas in the cylinder was leaking. THIS PROPERTY IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE FOR FEMALE TRAVELLERS. When raised concerns with the owner, he dodged by saying that it's a forest property and insects, spiders would be common! There are so many other wonderfully maintained estate villas/homestays that you can opt for!

Sakleshpur is an excellent weekend destination, offering a perfect blend of nature, adventure, and tranquility. We stayed in advik estate which is at Hurudi sakhleshpura, little far from sakhleshpura town. Clean and peaceful place.The staff Prasanna was very helpful with the food and served home cooked food. The location was great it was located between coffee plantation, we all had spent quality of time. It is a stand alone villa , having 2 separate bedroom and hall with open sofa cum (2) bed it can accommodate 10 -12 people. But, this time this entire property was only for us. Good stay in calm serene green place.
