Very bad experience. All the amenities mentioned online are not there. The rooms have insects everywhere. Our room had an ant house in the bathroom. Water wasn't available and taps were broken. No shower is there. No proper lighting. The swimming pool was very dirty and unhygienic. No indoor games were there. Prices are high dor the facilities given.

There are bugs everywhere and there's no proper lighting. No showers are there, taps are broken and no proper bathroom facilities. Pillows and blankets weren't clean.

Worst resort. For food you have to travel 8 kms. Nothing is available inside. They don't have a kitchen. Rooms are horrible bathrooms ate pathetic. Power issues. Very expensive. 3000 per night for a couple for nothing. Dirty swimming pool. You font even get a coffee or tea. Horrible experience. Had booked for 2 days Cancelled after a day. Advance amount is no refundable. Ayesha is incharge of booking. Will talk very sweetly n send a list a amenities but nothing is available. Felt cheated. Never go to this resort

Ayesha was the shining star of our stay! We came for an event close by and unfortunately arrived very late. Ayesha was there to warmly greet us and show us to our rooms! Whatever we needed she went above and beyond to help us! Our early morning was so smooth to get to the event again due to her amazing assistance! The rooms were clean and my sleep was restful. I enjoyed seeing the chickens and the fresh air!

Dont book this resort. I booked a suite room a week before over phone with Rakshit, believing few positive reviews here and no online portal have a property listed for hunsur, and i paid an advance of rs.3000 and told him we will reach the property only by late evening as we are driving a long way. On reaching the property rakshit (owner) told he cannot give the suite room as they have got a bigger order so they have to give the suite room to them and can only give us two executive rooms. We asked to show that rooms, the rooms were pathetic, with damp smell and the paints in walls were torn due to water dampness, no water in bathroom and were smelly. He suggested a restaurant for dinner and said everything will be ready when you come back. Except for water everything was the same when we reached back. So decided to find another hotel, and told rakshit i am not interested in these rooms so refund my advance, he said ok but i don't have gpay and i can only refund from my father account tomorrow morning. I had no other choice than to leave. Next day when i called he said he can only refund by 2pm. i said i have to travel back, for that he said believe me i am running a resort not a third rated hotel. By 5pm also he has not refund and was not reachable. Was able to reach him only by around 7pm. Now he is saying his father is not agreeing to this now he can only transfer 1500rs instead of 3000rs. I had no other choice than to accept it, he immediately gpayed from his gpay number. Dont book with this guy believing few positive reviews. We are going to a different place where these goons recide. There are other options available in the main city.

Not for family!! A swimming pool is there which is open for the general public and resort guests too, but it will be soo crowded with public that we don't get any space for the enjoyment!

I had a great experience here with my stay ..The staff is really sweet and friendly..if u plan to stay , please book the room with food as restaurants are little far away ..rest everything was taken care of ..
