PFB my reply for your response: 1. Your question how come we complaint when we didn't have food? Madam, we were offered with breakfast and dinner inclusive of our package, so when we asked for food you said only idli, sambar and chutney and claimed that's 3 variety of food. Hence we denied food through our package organiser 2. You claim to offer best customer service? When we reached day 1, there was a boy who joined your resort the same day. Not understanding language and not able to assist with basic or the amenities you mentioned. We expected someone who can assist us there, atleast as an incharge you should have provided information like what amenities planned for our package. We kept calling you multiple times to get simple info. We felt like just a person handed key to rooms to open the door . Is this what you claim best customer service? 3. You complained about vomitting in rooms? I do accept my son vomitted in bed while sleeping, but I have washed the blanket and pillow cover and put it outside for drying because I don't want newly joined boy to feel awkward. I thoroughly checked the bed and bedsheet which were never soiled as you claim. 4. What else you expect for the amount you paid ? We didnt came there as freeloaders and how could you talk so rude to customers? When you called today to remove the negative comment, how rudely you are saying for this cheap price this is more than enough. You mentioned " WHY YOU PEOPLE COMING TO KARNATAKA" just for adding low reviews for your resort. There's no 0 or negative numbers in Google reviews , else I would dfntly give negative numbers for Customer service My kind advice : Learn Business and be polite to improve your business Madam Mar31, 2025 When we reach resort, no one to share location and receive. No hospitality from incharge lady. Resort is good but very worst customer service

Food was good but staff is not trained well to manage and organise properly. Rooms are not clean, beds and bed spreads are not neatly maintained. Need better trained professionals to manage this place as the current set of people are not professional.

Owner @ ananya and staffs very friendly Location is beautiful. Rooms are very well maintained with hot water facility. You get home cooked food which is delicious. Both indoor and outdoor games are available

This homestay is surrounded bye nature.They provide decent and homely food.The staff was very cooperative and friendly and they managed very well. They provide rain dance ,campfire, tent facilities.The rooms are also very clean and neat.So if you are visiting chikkmangaluru then I recommend this place.

It was an excellent stay there i was just mesmerised by the early morning view that it is one of the best experience that i have ever got and this is the best place to spend quality time with ur family and friends This is just something better than the best I would strongly this site to send ur vacation here I can never forget mention abt the owne Ms. Aanya who was very friendly and she her self will prepare food here which just tastes like home cooked food I would love to visit this place again It is very much budget friendly for this site

Nice place. It has very good ambience. The place offers variety of Nature and experience related to it. This place is run by two individuals who are very welcoming and they are to cater all your need.
