Rooms are not cleaned properly. Issues encountered with door handles, poorly maintained. Fridge not working. Room Telephone line dead. Gymnasium machines not working. In conclusion, very bad experience.

This was a great stay. The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and tidy.

One of the best stays available in Hubballi. Reception is also very kind and co-operative. Rooms are maintained with top hygiene practices.

WORST SERVICE EVER! No hot water at all. They give hot water in kettle. NO BASIC SERVICE provided.

House keeping team was pathetic even though I informed her please clean bathroom but she didn't listen. It's my request please train your people so they'll get to know how to treat guest. Hotel ambience is excellent but trained employees are not there.

Overall good and cleaned rooms within mid budget. Reception staff is also very good and polite also. There is one demerit which is non availability of restaurant. But overall good for stay.

The rooms didnt have fully functioning AC. And on repeated complaints too nobody bothered to do anything about it. The room service too is pathetic. Food too on ordering took over an hour to get their, and then on top pf that they felivered wrong orders.
