Hotel Hans, Hubballi - A Premium Name, But Nothing Premium About the Experience I stayed here for four days, and to put it simply -- this was a deeply underwhelming experience. While the hotel wears the badge of being "premium," it falls flat on nearly every parameter that defines true hospitality. Cleanliness? Two-star at best. The same bedsheet was left unchanged for my entire stay. Room Service? Zero stars. You have to call multiple times just to get basic services, Like water bottle, laundry services -- and even then, you're met with delay or disinterest. Location? Fair enough. That's about the only thing they get somewhat right. Payment? Oh, they want that upfront, without delay -- but in return, you'll have to chase them down just to get a towel or a bottle of water. The biggest joke? The tea/coffee sachets in the room seem to be brought in straight from someone's trouser pocket -- no standard, no hygiene, no sense of presentation. One night, after a long journey, I had to personally call housekeeping and instruct them to clean the room after I arrived. That's how low the bar is here. One bright spot in this otherwise gloomy stay? The complimentary breakfast. It was genuinely good -- fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. No doubt about that. But a good breakfast alone can't carry the weight of poor service, questionable hygiene, and neglected guest experience. Hotel Hans is a stain on the concept of premium stays. It promises more than it delivers, and ultimately, leaves you with regret instead of rest.

Had a wonderful stay at Hans Hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and come with balconies that offer stunning views. The food was excellent, and a special thanks to the owner, Mr. Amit Handa, for his warm hospitality and for recommending some exclusive off-the-menu dishes at THE LOTUS--an absolute delight! Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable experience.

We have been a regular patron of hotel Hans Hubli for years and the service provided has been excellent. The food is scrumptuous, the staff is very courteous. I highly recommend Hotel Hans for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Horrible Front Desk service. We booked a twin deluxe room but they said that the occupancy was for only one person, I've never went to a hotel booking a twin bed and being said it's only for one person. And when we said it's for two then we have to pay 1000+ tax for the extra person each night, we were billed 9,000 but was asked for an extra 6,000. The manager and front desk staff 'Vinod' was really rude and raising their voices. They also mentioned they were under renovations but the room were really poor with dirty and leaky walls.

There is no 0 or minus, so i gave one star. The rooms are extremely poorly maintained. Washrooms are dirty and broken. Very poor service. Room is full of dust and with dirty furnishings. Bathroom shower is useless. The location of the hotel is good and a good garden is maintained.Please do not waste ur money coming to Hans hotel, instead go to President or Lemontree hotel.

The hotel was very good. 3 or a 4 star only probably but have a very professional staff||Quick check in and check out , they organised a vehicle for airport transfer as well . Was there for a night at the hotel||Rooms were nearly done, spacious and clean||Food and improve but was good

Great place for day or two business meetings, family stay. Breakfast was really great, parking was little challenge inside the hotel. But accessibility to other places were great.

This hotel was better than any other hotel in Hubli. The rooms were quite spacious. When we asked for a water bottle, they came and checked the room if there was a water bottle before actually giving one. The taps in the washroom wasn't working properly. Either the shower works or the tap. Initially, only the shower was working, when we asked them to fix, they mentioned only shower or the tap would work, after they fixed, the shower also stopped working and the water in the tap was super slow. We didn't have time to call them again, as we had to rush to a wedding. But these things should be checked before the guest checks in.
