The perfect location and a beautiful hotel property. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us. The restaurant had some real good and flavour full dishes. Must mention I loved the South Indian thali. One of the best thali I have tasted in south India. Would like to thank the GM Mr Zaffar, the front office team and the chef and his team . Good luck in all your endeavours

Comfortable Stay at The Fern Residency, Hubballi, but Room for improvement I recently stayed at The Fern Residency, Hubballi, and while it offered a comfortable experience overall, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a business or leisure traveler. The location of the property is convenient, with easy access to key areas in Hubballi, making it an excellent choice for travelers. However, my experience was slightly marred by a few issues. The food quality was average at best, with limited flavor and variety. This was disappointing given the reputation of the hotel. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet expectations; it could have been much better maintained. Lastly, the room service was unusually slow, which led to unnecessary delays in addressing basic requests. While the staff was courteous and polite, the delays and cleanliness issues need attention to enhance the guest experience. Overall, The Fern Residency has great potential but requires some improvements to match the standards it aims to offer. Decent place, room service guys are very kind and hospitable. Thanks to Mr. AKON for his kind behaviour and prompt service. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Room is nice, foods are also delicious. Location is very much accessible and close to airport.

Nice hotel on Airport Road the wifi worked well but it was not secure, there was a good restaurant in the hotel that served very good food. They also had lovely jazz music playing in the restaurant. The room we had was large and had a comfortable king size bed with nice bed linens. The hotel was very clean. There is an elevator in this hotel so there are no issues for people with mobility issues. There is also an indoor swimming pool. Staff were very nice and ready to assist in a moment's notice. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. As I am in sales i travel a lot. Had the worst experience yet. Room service n house keeping take eternity. Once the order is served, it's served cold. They promised they would send freshly made one. That didn't come at all. Feeling hungry n low sugar I had to order from out. Once it was delivered, they kept it in their room saying outside food is not allowed. I literally had to beg them to give it to me. I felt as though I am living here rent free. Recommend not to come. I have had wonderful experiences in my professional life staying at hotels. This has to be the worst one yet. No accountability, nothing.

Just trash hotel with pathetic service. Full of old furniture and dirty with cockroaches. Restaurant is home of breeding mosquitoes. Subrajit person at front office is extremely rude and no hospitality manners. Without giving proper support Bill's from restaurant- he argues to pay. Overall stay rating is 1/ 5.
