Swayam Residency

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They discriminate against people. My brother and I tried to book a room, but they refused. I will be sharing my experience with a larger audience to highlight this issue and reflect it in their Google reviews. This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star.

Don't go with family / couple.... dirty room, bathroom.. .. in bathroom no handwash and shop. In restaurant foods are very costly and testless

This hotel has a prime location in Hubli. Close to everything. Has good mix of restaurants and juice shops in the same building. I stayed in room number 201. I like it. Value for money. Check out 24 hours if you book directly. But 12 noon if you book online. Most of the hotels in Hubli follow this rule.

Very good spacious property with an attached balcony. The interiors are reasonably good. Having a balcony attached is really helpful for families. Also this hotel is very near to hubbali railway station, walkable and few restaurants nearby like hotel annapurna, panjurli and sri krishna bhavan. The receptionist was very helpful ,he provided information as we needed details about the bus stand, local sightseeing places and also regarding gokarna, murdeshwar etc.. However the room maintenance needs to be improved. the bed linen were not so clean and so is the bathroom. it is very easy to locate and also budget friendly.

One of the best lodge in Hubli. This has car parking in the basement, so no need to worry about the vehicle. Reasonable price and good and polite staff.

Zero hygiene, smelly bath rooms. Uncleaned beds. Very bad experience.

Value for money Budget room available. Best hygiene and well maintained room. Staff is instant available to call and get products like water, etc.very near to railway station and Market for shopping. Nearby food and restaurant available which is plus point. Cons is that Towel provided are not proper washed. And parking space is not available.
