It is the better lodge at a better affordable price good service to the customers from sagar and team ,rooms and all are cleanly maintained in well mannered , better one to choose when u had came for trips and business trips to stay at good rooms with good affordable price Three times i had came for Hubli all the time I stayed in this hotel itself has it's better affordable price good rooms

Very worst lodge, no hot water, no respect, no proper information nothing. Smelly toilets

Had worst experience staying in this hotel. Recommend nobody to go there for following reasons : 1. Price is high compared to facilities being provided 2. Our room was very dirty when they gave us. We asked them to clean it again but it was still very unsatisfactory. Rooms are far from what you see in the pictures uploaded 3. There were lots of lizards in room 4. There is no staff present at all to attend 5. There is not even phone in the room to call reception. You will mostly have to go 2 floor downstairs to reception yourself even if you want to order even a cup of tea. 6. Bathroom seat had paan stains on it and it's ceiling was also broken. Not to forget, there was lizard in the bathroom as well. 7. The glasses, cups, hot flask and tables were all covered full of dust. There are so many other alternative hotels which are much cleaner and well priced

I had stayed here with family 5 years ago and had liked it back then. I stayed here again last week and I liked it more. They have introduced complementary breakfast for executive rooms and it was very healthy (no oily dishes) and tasty too. Their staff too was courteous and quickly answered to our requests. Overall great value for money stay in Hubli. Looking forward to visit again.

Great place inclusive of some lovely breakfast. The elderly Owner himself is around and checks for cleanliness and speaks to guests for any other needs. Convenient location. Close to the city. Ample free parking space.

The room was decent but this hotel is not suitable for tourists. Its right next to the old bus stand which is incredibly noisy (goes upto midnight and starts at 4.30am). The room was clean enough, but bathroom could be better. As it was raining the whole day before I got very luke warm water to bathe in.There are lot of restaurant close by which is a plus. There was cable but remote only for set top box and not for tv. There was Lift but it was working only on the 2nd day of my stay.||I got the hotel very cheap, but, overall a mediocre experience.

A very decent place to stay. Got struck in the lift with kids and the door of the lift was closing faster than an arrow, had to spend panic few minutes with small kids inside. But rooms were normal sized, decent ambience. Food from their restraurant was also good. Good staff and quick service are the main positives.

Room's are very precious and room service was also good. Hot water was available in time at morning. Breakfast was very tasty and nice. 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking is good. Lift is available. Overall experience of this hotel was very good.
