Royal Ritz Resort

I haven't seen a service so good anywhere in India in the recent past. The rooms are large and can easily fit a family . The breakfast spread is amazing The water park is where all the kids will be. The overhead water splash was not working but still the pool itself was awesome. They have good restaurants and a sports bar .

Need to improve a lot on in room serviceability. If you are doing a long distance trip and looking for a pitstop, where kids can enjoy and parents can relax. This is the perfect spot. Parking is a problem. Never handover the car keys for valet parking, Drivers smoke in the car, speaking out of Personal experience.

Nice location and great atmosphere. Had a wedding and reception here. Only complaint is very poor housekeeping, the service is very pathetic. Had very bad experience in the bathroom, no one responded to the repeated complaints and requests made in two days stay. Have to improve a lot lot lot.

Worst experience.. even 1 star is more for this kind of hotel. Customer service one of the terrible at this hotel. had booked room for 2 days didn't have hot water for shower, were saying heater problem , the reception counter people don't care about anything. Had called them many times to solve issue but they had 1 answer, will solve in some time. Bathroom water comes out in room as there is not proper setup. Don't know how they charge this much money for this bullshit kind of service.

Am usually not the one to be very critical but this place really needs a proper feedback. Firstly, the food was actually good so good feedback for that Now, the bad part. The customer service is very poor as we were made to call 4 different numbers to get an extra towel. Which we got after a good 4-5 hours. The rooms didn't have sufficient water bottles. For a double suite for 4 people, there were 2 200 ml pet bottle. Had to wait forever to get more water. We went to their restaurant and the lady gave us seats without cushions as she said the cushions were reserved for other people. We were stunned. The bathroom faucets sprayed so hard I couldn't feel my backside for 3 days. There was one server for 10 tables and 3 managers who were just standing and watching while one poor girl was running to get people's orders. The security at the gate doesn't know how to greet customers and we were happy to leave and never come back

Very good hotel to stay. Nice ambience and prompt service. Geeta Lata sharif was quick to provide required things in hotel.Hotel has amenities like swimming pool, water park, Gym etc. though little away from hubli city area, it worth to stay here.

I attended a function at this well-known resort on a weekday and was impressed by its ambiance. The surroundings were clean, well-maintained, and created a welcoming atmosphere with a Flying horse Statue. Unique experience from other Resorts in the Twin-City The overall experience was pleasant, and it felt like a great place for events and gatherings.

The rooms and the food was great. Location? It depends cool to be away from the town to be quiet but far if you need to go. If there is a party at the club on top good luck falling asleep
