**Avoid This Place in Hubli** I had one of the worst experiences staying at this hotel in Hubli. The room was dirty upon check-in and was only cleaned after I demanded it three times. There were no towels or soaps provided, the bedsheets were not clean, and the blanket provided wasn't even good enough for mopping the floor.The toilets were unhygienic. The staff's behavior was rude, and they demanded extra charges at checkout. They charged 1 day extra for delaying checkout for an hour late. I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel.

One of the worst lodge in entire Hubli.....Rooms are very dirty.....commodes , bathroom were not cleaned only....bed full of bedbugs!!!...not even worth for the amount you pay for....no safety at all....found hair in supposed to be "fresh towels"...found poop on the bathroom floor....rooms stink of cigarette smoke.... owner fights and make you pay more for something very dirty....AC leaks and makes tractor noises....forget 24/7 hot water...it doesn't even come properly from 7am to 9am...commode water gun though... definitely will be urinary tract infections....I would rather stay anywhere but this dirty "Priyanka Lodge"!

Horribale.... Please dont suggest.... Though it's near to ksrtc.... Service bad.... No new clothes provided on the bed.. .. it's like a dormitory like durty also only.....high cost and low profile lodge.... Suggest not to go... It's better to book in advance ONLY

Worst experience staffs & Owner not bothered about the customer there is no value for money, They cheat the customers.I visit the 3 times a month as business trip Cleaniness is worst, If we call Staffs & owners they are not bothered. Pls don't refer this Lodge nor visit this Lodge, With out knowing I visited. Now to no one will take feedback

Worst Hotel that I have ever stayed. Public toilet is much better than this hotel restroom. Bedspreads are nasty. Disgusting and sticky smell in entire hotel premise. Located above bar. Not suited for family.

Worst Lodge ever I visited. Room No.206, Toilet Flush was not working. Window glasses were broken , suffered lot of cold. Lots of mosquitoes entered the room through broken window, No sleep whole night. In Room No 206 drainage problem, water not passing through the drainage pipe accumulatiotig there only in the bathroom creating a mini swimming pool in the bathroom. Mobile chargers having loose contract, Fan regulator not working, there is no water heater to individual Room, you have to wait till the management supplies you hot water (6-6.30am). Manager was very arrogant response to the complaints was very poor. Per day rent what they are charging is very high compared to the facilities they are providing

Easy to locate on main road. We stayed as we wanted a small night halt in the way to Pune from Bengaluru. Rooms need betterment and main worry is no lift facility. Also we reached late so no room service or assistance for baggage. Next day in morning while checking out we got a good service from staff. Small restaurant adjecent is okay for a quick bite and coffee.
