OYO 36097 Ganga Shankar Comforts

Hotel rooms were good, but these people are cheaters. We booked 10 rooms but they gave only 8 and cheaters charged for 10 rooms. Also put false blame on us saying 12 towels are missing and charged for that as well. So cheap and cheat these people. If someone is new in that place they accuse like this and charge false prices.

The worst staff ever, faced so many issues while check in and in the end didn't let us checkin.. This i m talking about at night 12 o'clock.. They are not ready to listen to u. They do not give u rooms even after your confirm bookings with apps like oyo, and ask double triple charges.

Actually this is 2bhk flats and they are converted into rooms.. Rooms are clean fresh including kitchen and hall.. But DONOT BOOK FROM OYO.. bcz this lodging owner has been canceled agreement with OYO Company and OYO still taking booking throughout this lodging name.

It was not a room it was two bhk apartment .u have to share ur apartment with unknown person may be he was drunk not good for family and couples, reception was in second floor ,no food available within 1 km near by... 750 mtrs from new bus stand hubbali ,lots of mosquitoes are there, two liquidator they have given with empty liquid in short bad experience, not suggested to there with family

Worst oyo experience.The room was inside a apartment and the opposite side room washroom was outside.Residents roamed in towels.Staff was not alert and slept around 10 pm with doors closed and couldnt be contacted for water.Electricity connection was loose and connection fluctuated.Lots of mosquitoes in room and good knight refill was empty ..Not apt for families and couples

Nice rooms well maintained and good staff but the only thing is it is far away from bustand and railway station.

Not worthy place no restaurant always disturbed by the room service people common wash room

Location is in industrial area roads connecting to the hotel are not nice but the hotel is decent good staff
