The hotel is just average and is below the standard The rooms are very untidy and they need to hire an exterminator, the rooms are as they are shown in the pictures and are spacious but not clean. The staff are rude and unwelcoming and they couldn't care less about your stay. The only upside is that the hotel is just a 15 min drive from the airport and the location is good The so called "AC" doesn't switch on neither does the TV Overall Ratings: Room:3/10 Cleanliness:3/10 Staff:4/10 Location:8/10 Price:5/10 Hospitality:3/10

Rooms & rest room not clean restroom taps and flush lever were not operation bathroom had bad odour rooms were handed over to us without prior cleaning we had booked for extra bed that was not provided to us promptly most importantly lift does not have sensor that could easily give chance for accident especially you have kids.. We had complementry breakfast which not informed to us only when I asked they agreed to it. Service was good quick. Overal hotel need renovation especially toilets new lift needs to be installed

Nice hotel, but cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Toilets are substandard in cleanliness. The basement parking is in pathetic condition. Bathroom taps were leaking. Some room telephone connection were not working and physical damage was seen. Overall a good hotel, but in bad shape due to lack of maintainance.

Hotel is for people who don't expect much from it Plus point Location is nice Staff is co operative Renovation is going on Minus point Non renovated rooms are in poor condition They charge gst but don't give credit to us Hotel charges for water You have u buy water bottle if u want drinking water in room which is really put a question on such hotel's attitude towards customers Result avoid it.

Located at a central place, with ample parking space.. Rooms were comparatively neat or ok. But we had tough time due to non working lift. Toilets flush was bearly functional. Otherwise no major issues. Value for money.

Worst experience ever vacated the room in just 2-3 hrs room boys r drunk during there shift and soiled linens are provided, rooms are not at all clear If sked for service they behave rudely and no AC is working, also don't have hot water facility and most expensive for the facilities available

Very old building,may be more than 15 years. Not good for stay. No proper ventilation. Only from outside nice look. All the employees are in sleepy mode except a manager. Lifts are of British time period! Lifts don't have ventilation. Fans in them never work.AC room AC will not function properly. No proper hygiene maintained while cleaning room after anyone vacate the room. Try some other lodges.Many places building has seepages. Corridors are not having ventilation.

While writing review considered my recent visit of Revenkar comforts. Peoples are so good. Foods are so tasty and yummy. Location is amazing it is central of Hubli city. Coming to cleaning, I would say zero that is only not there.
