Rooms were spacious but were having a heavy cigarette smoke smell Had to ask them to change the room which they did immediately. We accidentally broke the key which was charged by them 2.5K WHICH SEEMS TO be unreasonable as we know they might be having other pairs of keys. Food might be good as we didn't try but if you are pure vegetarian try to avoid having it there as they might be using same vessels. We tried juices and other ice creams which were awesome.

Centrally located. Nice spacious rooms. Beautiful meeting/conference hall. Both south and North Indian dishes served. Excellent service at affordable price.

We recently stayed at Metropolis Hotel in Hubli. While the hotel was decent for the price and the staff was exceptionally courteous, sweet, and attentive, the overall maintenance left much to be desired. The rooms felt dated, and the toilets were a major letdown, clearly in need of an overhaul. Unfortunately, we found bed bugs during the night, which made it impossible for us to sleep. This forced us to leave earlier than planned, which was disappointing. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. First, the night manager mr.anand was rude, which set a negative tone for the visit. Adding to the frustration, the rate quoted over the phone differed from what we were charged at check-in. The manager claimed that the phone rate did not include breakfast, which felt misleading. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to confirm all details thoroughly at the time of booking, including GST, breakfast, and extra bed charges, to avoid such unpleasant surprises. The rooms were very old, with a noticeable damp smell in every room we checked, making the stay uncomfortable. The food was average at best, and while the location is okay, it doesn't compensate for the other issues. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
