Best south Indian restaurant on main road. Delicious hot dishes served at affordable price. Lodging facility available. Service is good.

Stayed in Room No 214 from 25th Feb 2025 to 27th Feb 2025. It is a very old hotel and it is obvious even though it has been renovated. 1. Room was spacious. 2. Split AC, which should be noiseless, created a racket continously disturbing our sleep. 3. No exhaust fan in bathroom. 4. Service staff is good. 5. TV size is too small for the big room. 6. No Wi-Fi provided. 7. Food in the restaurant is very good.

Don't go by negative reviews I used to frequent this place for chana bhatura back in 2009 Here I am in 2025 back to have my dish not even a single thing has changed the service guys are prompt and well behaved staff and food is on point Good : Location, Price, Service, Food taste Bad : Previous review Thank you to the team of Hotel Swathi to make me nostalgic

Best hotel to stay and dine in the centre of the city Hubli, very polite and quick staff, food is very tasty and real feast

I think the restaurant hotel swathi is very good i had the Masala dosa, set dosa both extremly good and tasty the best gadbad i have had till date packed with ice cream,nuts, raisins fruits great balance of all these items and clean place

On this occasion i was passing through this lovely town Hubli and popped in for a quick bite before heading to the railway station. The meal was ordered and served quickly. The paneer 65 was not dry and had slight sauce to it that highlighted the crunchy surface of the paneer and the softness of the inside. Food delivery was quick and efficient. Will need to visit again to try out a larger meal.

Hotel situated little inside to the h/w. We stayed in transit to Mumbai as it was night falling. First time, we got reference from an old shop nearby and this time we could not identify the area, as it was changed totally. However, we could locate it through Google Map easily. Good hospitality, nice reception, old authentic style of rooms, sincere attendants, good restaurant, parking, etc. are the attractions. Doesn't matter the fact of no complementary break-fast (the room rent is so down, you may have to compromise) and only two hours hot water supply (that is also only in the morning), it is ok. The restaurant was noisy, but you will get delicious choices. Good and pleasant stay.
