Hotel Ananth executive

Rooms had a lot of bedbugs. We had to keep our luggage in the car. When we informed this to the staff, they shamelessly nodded (not their mistake). Management has to take care. The price we pay and what we get completely contradictory at least for us.

I had booked a suit room here, when we came to check in the front desk officer or receptionist behavior was so rude, he was unable to turn on the lights, we book the Elite people believing Anant Executive provide excellent service, but I was wrong. Note: Anant Executive (Group) please teach your receptionist lady, she is speaks very disrespectful she is least bothered about customers.. Please give some training or replace that Lady. We have huge Respect towards Anant Groups please don't allow to spoil it just because of some irresponsible staff.

I have stayed in Ananth Residency as well but the service I got in Executive was very much bad compared to Residency. The breakfast wasn't tasty the staff during the time of breakfast was very rude especially there was some lady.

Reception didn't provided twin bed facility, room service refused to provide extra blanket for double occupancy as well as tea/coffee bags/pouch though kettle is provided in the room. Breakfast menu is so limited and poor in quality. Management has to look into number of dissatisfaction.

Rooms were good . Staff was helpful. Location was outstanding in the middle of town . Food had a very limited menu. Overall good

I have visited the hotel in last month.As the hotel stay was good, and was economic friendly.Expect the front office staff , it is so disappointed the way she handly the guest ,as the staff named Krupa,as she mentioned she was the front office manger .... She treated us very rudely regarding the rules of the hotel, it might be explained more politely to use , but it was really a worst experience.... I kindly request the management to take severe action on this behaviour Thank uh ananth group

Cockroach in biryani... and the staff are very casual with what happened... I wont recommend... but if u go... plz c while eating...
