Classic Residency and Pure Veg Restaurant

I'm so happy and comfortable for being stayed at this hotel during my training. Hotel and rooms have very good ambience with cleanly maintained. Food taste also good. They even help out the people staying there in arranging auto while going back which many of people expect. Overall It was good experience.

It's just superb... new property maintaining well. Room space is decent. I have asked for ironing, got ironing box on immediate and coconut oil on request. Which i have get in any business property except star category. But this property gives equal service like star property. Recommended for family's n eho travel with kids... midnight milk provided on request, this was ultimate support. Here we loved your Special tea and ginger tea. Its perfect taste, texture n aroma. Only poor was, same breakfast was repeated in all the days. Rest all perfect. Really appreciated service and standards of management.

The experience at the new property has been superb! The place is being maintained really well, under the room spaces quite decent and hygienic. I ordered lunch and was pleasantly surprised to receive it on time. That level of punctual services is something I usually only experience in star hotel business properties, but the staff mature the standard quality perfectly. It's definitely a great place for family and friends. The environment is welcoming and comfortable and also a special maintenance to your crispy chilli palak paneer - it was absolutely delicious! This is one of the best family bars and restaurants near Gokul Road. There is no dedicated parking area for two- and four-wheeled vehicles. The food tastes amazing. It's a cozy place with enough seating. I visited with my family and friends.

Very good value for money lodging. Room is clean and neat. I was given room with balcony. But the balcony is very small. Room service is very slow. It is better to just walk down. The veg restaurant food is good. But since not many customers visit, food choice becomes limited. First day, they did not have south Indian thali. Second day specially made it available. Room has Android TV with Internet connection. Someone who stayed prior had logged into Amazon Prime and did not log out. Hence I could watch movies. Overall nice experience. The receptionist is very pleasent and helpful.

It's a new property in Ravinagar, very well located and near to the airport. Rooms are well appointed, clean and have all the amenities. The check in process was smooth and well facilitated by Ms. Deeksha. Staff are very polite and courteous. Room service for food was quick and exceptionally good. They served it in a proper sequence which nowadays many big budget hotels don't do, which ensured the food was served hot. The veg restaurant is an added advantage and has delicious food and is value for money. They might take some time to take the order, but then the service was quick and everything served in a proper sequence. Restaurant staff are also polite and courteous, and gave some good suggestions for dishes. A full 5 star rating is what they deserve.

It was very well maintained and very comfortable. Sad to be checking out so early. And the best part is that it's all budget friendly. What really stood out was the hotel staff. They were exceptionally nice and hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed help with my stay or travel for the day, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. And then there's the food--absolutely incredible! Each meal was fresh and so flavourful. Dining at the hotel was a highlight of my stay. Overall, Classic Residency exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return!
