Chalukya Residency & Hotel

We stayed at Chalukya Residency and had a pleasant experience. We booked an AC room for 1500 per night, and the room was comfortable and clean. Hot water was available from 6:30 AM, which was very convenient. The service was good, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. There is also a restaurant located downstairs, so it was easy to have food without having to go out. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend it for a short and peaceful trip

The location is little convenient other than this nothing is good, rooms are so congested, dirty, bedsheets not washed properly and unhygienic , bathroom water leakage and no water sometimes, staff at reception not at all responding properly waste of calling them again and again, then bathroom lock is not there at all, overall poor maintenance and staff here running hotel I guess just for sake.

First bad experience for me in India, usually people are kind and welcoming but not in this place! Unwelcoming, dirty and expensive for this kind of accommodation. For one night, one person, simple room without AC, no soap, no towel, I paid 1100RP.

Not suitable for families. The rooms were not clean. No proper ventilation. AC did not work properly.

Rooms and items are best.But service and water service is worst.No hot water,less water.Check water condition before purchase!

This hotel is disgusting! The rooms are dirty, and the bedsheets smell awful. The bathroom is terrible, with a leaking washbasin and a stained toilet. Calling the reception is useless--they hardly answer. The room service is terrible, and the staff is lethargic and unhelpful. The towels are dirty and not washed. This place is a health hazard. The Karnataka government should inspect this hotel for its poor cleanliness and hygiene. Stay away from this place!
