Rooms are good but the issue is with the Food and service. Breakfast Buffet included with accommodation is the worst kind of food one can eat as their first meal for the day. All items are stale and cold and tastes like leftovers. When asked about it they say it is freshly made and outright dismiss saying it is hot when we as customers are expressing that it is cold. And coming to the service, never expected this from a 3 star property. After a long day when we reach the premises, the Front Office Staff is so rude, instead of checking with their colleagues whether we are staying with the hotel, they look at you like a criminal and ask you in which room do you stay, room numbers and check the keys. Instead being a little hospitable and calmly asking whether we are guests who is staying with them does the job.

Horrible service. Front desk woman has no sense or moral of customer service and does not take accountability of the wrong hotel actions. I've had experience only with the restaurant and this is the behaviour. I cannot imagine the hotel room service then. Hopefully you will train your front desk staff better in customer service and also keep your restaurant website updated with the available menu/dishes. Thanks.

Excellent hotel, very near to the railway station, good food, responsive service. Location: Walking distance from the railway station, auto charges Rs 40. Good locality with restaurants and shops closeby. Bus stop to go to Dharwad and other places 2mins away. Ambience: Well decorated, very clean, fast checkin. Room: Large room, kingsize bed, clean bedsheets, clean bathroom with geyser, free toiletries. Room is cleaned every day. Food: Breakfast is complimentary with good selection of South Indian food and Toast Butter, Fruits. Separate nonveg restaurant. Food is wellmade, though priced a bit high. Overall, very good experience in this hotel. Highly recommended!

Staff is worst when it comes to mannerisms. They have no ability to distinguish who is the customer & outsider. If you aak extra water they treat you like beggars..... Rogue staff is the best explanation for these guys!!

Good service, hospitality,as food is also tasty & too good . Room size little small but good for 2 persons . Very polite staff .good parking ,centrally located place .over I recommend for stay I. Hubali

Overall good hotel to stay, good ambience, and comfortable. Very clean rooms and Foods was tasty, complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff was kind and cooperative.
