not worth 1 star. Rooms are big. not worth for the money. no proper maintenance.. Staff behaviour is not good. Orders a tea at 4.pm they said it's available only after 6pm. morning coffee is available only after 8am.. which I never got also. bathroom is not clean so as the toilet room stinks, floor is also not cleaned properly.

The worst place to halt at night, receptionist have charged money and gave room without cleaning, and housekeeping staff are soo lazy and brainless that you have to remind your requirements every minute, and there is no hot water till morning 6:30, flush is not working in the bathroom, bathroom door doesn't have lock, room is full of mosquitoes and bed bugs. Sooo terrible experience, may be easy to live in forest than in this rooms

Lower than average. Poor cleanliness, mold growth in bathrooms, below par cleaning standards. Cockroaches in rooms are some of the issues. Located on busy road in front so tough to get peaceful sleep. No restaurant or wifi available.

Location of the hotel is awesome. Right on the road with parking in the basement as well as roadside in front of the hotel. Reception staff were good. this doesn't look like a professionally managed hotel. rates were around 2200 for double bed which was slightly higher for the kind of hotel it is. Rooms were shabby. Bed sheets & towelswere worn out kind of, with white bed sheets & towels having yellowish tinge. When asked for extra towel as we were 3 of us, they said the towels are over. Tap and sanitary fittings were very old with leakages. Heath faucet was difficult to use. It was smelling from the drain pipe and the noise from other room bathroom flush was disturbing. Overall it is not even worth 1 star but only because of location and the reception staff i have given 3 stars.

The best of the hotel was I asked the room boy to get a Tuborg Beer he gave me a Kingfisher beer within 5 minutes , while the room service of mine and my dad's was getting done & not over the phone and said that the other beer is not very chilled so I got this chilled Beer . It's a so so hotel , nothing is very great . It has a basement parking with 1 CCTV camera . Within in the city limits . Roof top IPL was being shown in Projector. I stayed in room 305 Non AC room. I took the room at 9:30 pm . The shower was not working properly but the bathroom is very clean.. Anyways I had leave early in the morning . Morning at 4:00 I woke up because of something but since I had to only leave at 6:30 am I was lying on the bed felt something so the bed. When I switched on the camera light of my cellphone I saw Bedbugs on the bed... . Don't know about other rooms . 304 the fan was not working so my dad room was changed to 306 it was better room .

Rooms are average. Rate is slightly higher compared to its cleanliness and service. Car parking at basement is in very bad shape. But only the good thing is Restaurant. Veg Restaurant at 1st floor is serving nice south & North Indian food.

The only good thing about this place is the availability of rooms when required. There was no receptionist when we reached there. There was no follow up on costumer satisfaction either. You can get auto rickshaw very close from this place. The room is somewhat okay-ish for a night's stay. The room service was quick and taste could have been better. Don't expect to check in easily late in the night or early in the morning.

Terrible experience! It was recommended by the Indigo airport staff after our flight was cancelled. We were given a terrible room which was leaking. The bathroom tap was constantly leaking and the bathroom was noticing less than an unattended public toilet. The linens and towels were worn out. The staff seemed to be a few unskilled men on part time employment, chewing paan and tobacco. Overall an experience to forget.
