Receptionist staff experience is not good. He refused to provide the RO water and tell me to purchase mineral water from hotel. I think water is the basic need..!

Rooms are not on par with the tariff. Amenities are not up to the mark. The receptionists are not conversant in any language other than Kannada. The food is also very pricey. The location is good, but as it is adjacent to the main road, it gets noisy at night due to traffic. No free wifi. No complementary breakfast.

We are regular customers for this hotel, for room reservation we are facing so many problems every time, if we called reception staff telling call after 2 hrs , again we called they saying same thing , from 1 hours I trying to contact this hotel they not responding for calls kindly concern person make it streamline.... because we are happy about your lodging services...

The rooms were good and visually clean but there were a lots of dust everywhere. The curtains were so dusty that I had allergy. The pillows were very hard. The bedsheets, Pillow and towels had a lots of stains. Although the service were very good and the stuffs here were very courteous.

Room is good. Food is delicious. Staffs are courteous and humble. Washroom should a little bit spacious. No wifi. Overall a good service.

Not so good though, for a freshup u can, didn't find the rooms with good fragrance. Had stains on bed covers. Old pillow covers. Washroom Exhaust was not working, no water was kept to drink.

Nice property in Hubballi. Clean rooms and good staff. Overall a nice experience.

Only good thing abt this lodge is resturant Its right beside the lodge. Other than that its bad. Not even a single cloth hooks in the room. The windows are worst. No proper grill and its directly open to all the people who walk around. Very very bad ventilation. Lot of small cockroaches. We changed our room. The rooms in the middle section is bad.
