Golden Amoon Premium Resort & Spa

We booked deluxe room for a night and enjoyed a lot. Room is very spacious and comfortable, however bathroom needs to be improved. Swimming pools and Egyptian style decoration of gate, garden and other amenities add to the beauty. Reception is excellent. Ms. Sheravati is too cooperative and her guidance adds value. Dinner outside restaurant are enjoying, although services time need improvement. Morning breakfast is very good and service staff are very attentive. Overall, the resort is good for short stay.

Hospitality is very poor, there was no one to welcome you or carry your luggage, no water or welcome drink provided at the time of check in. Staff was very rude. No manners to talk to senior citizen. Washroom was stinking. Very unhygienic washrooms. Room was big which was the only positive thing, but felt like normal room worth 2.5k max. There was no kettle, glass, tea, coffee or cups provided in room. It's worst for day outing. Very poorly maintained.

We booked the private pool room. So coming to the problems first: 1) the entrance was so dirty with empty bottles spilled over. I don't necessarily blame the resort here but its more the people making it super dirty. 2) As we checked in, no buggy was offered to us. We had to walk till the room in the sun even though the luggage was carried by the helper. 3) we booked the private pool room. The private pool is not so private. As everyone passing by can still see. 4) the room didn't have towels as we checked in. We had to call to get it. 5) the room didn't have kettle, glasses or tea cups. Again called to get it. 6) spa room is very bad. The male spa side didn't even have a fan. The female spa is just okayish with no spa vibes. 7) water bottles in the room looked dirty 8) our ac had water leakage and noone came to check even after complaining 9) toilet flush was weird. Was not stopping. 10) overall resort was not maintained very well. Looked dirty. 11) can't even recall how many times electricity went and it really took time for it to come back. Good things: 1) good food. The food was good. Complimentary breakfast was good. We took lunch and dinner and was nice. Not the best but you cant expect much.

Egyptian themed amazing resort near Kolar . The zip line games , pool , food, space , greenery everything was excellent ! More than everything the way the resort is designed in Egyptian temple style makes it extremely unique - I would rate 200/100 for the theme Stayed at villa with a private summing pool category . Was amazed to see the cleanliness of the pool in the private villa . We played in swimming pool in the evening and had a storm at night but it was cleaned even before we woke up the next morning. My toddler loved the experience . Highly recommended

Clean and premium rooms, backed by awesome housekeeping and front desk support. Manager Jagadish & his entire staff were really very helpful person which made the stay even better. Away from the city hustles, right on the Kolar highway, it is a calm and peaceful place perfect for any family/friends or corporate gathering/outing. Will definitely recommend

Uneducated illiterate Unprofessional Customer Service, very horrible....|||I called on 12th on their Customer Service Number 8929223197 to check for an availability. But the number was attended by a very unprofessional lady who from the beginning started yelling at me. She was very rude and was not ready to even listen to my query and kept on replying rudely in Kannada. She didnt show the patience of listening to my query and disconnected the call on my face.|Im wondering how come a Corporate resort like Golden Amoon has kept this kind of Staff for their Customer Service. Earlier also we have done our Events with them but never came across this kind of unprofessional uneducated staff. Its high time that the Management should wake up and take actions against these kind of staff who are spoiling the name and reputation of the Resort. |I think Corporates will have big time problems facing this kind of staffs. I wish them all the best.||Regards

It's a huge property with really nice and cozy rooms. It has an adventure area with zip line and all, has a children's play area, has 2 swimming pools. Great for a day out or a weekend get away.
