An amazing stay! The breakfast was delicious, and we had a great night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the reception made us feel like special guests. Highly recommended! 5 min away from train station. Nearby halal food.

Its all good the location is on a main road hotels are nearby and the service is good i just had one issue when we went out for a site seeing the staff didn't clean the room and didn't provide us water bottles else the lodge is good to stay.

Despite the spacious and comfortable suite room (priced at 4500 including breakfast), our stay was marred by poor service. Slow service, evident in the 45-minute wait for a simple glass of water, and an underwhelming breakfast with no buffet and unappetizing food significantly impacted our experience. I would suggest park your car outside due to limited space resulted in scratches. I recommend exploring other hotels in the vicinity for a potentially better stay.

The hotel Rooms are neat and clean.. Friendly staff, response of staff is very good. The food quality is good, I stayed with my family.. Hotel is located in the centre of the city..I highly recommend this hotel to all.. Service is too good We will visit again for sure

Recently stayed here at 3days family trip ..talking about the ambience its good ...there is underground parking space ..reception at ground floor . .has 2 restaurants 1 at ground level other at 5th floor ...its a bar and restaurant. ..the service at restaurant is good and food is also decent including the quantity of food ...the rooms are spacious and well maintained but the soap dispenser was broken and tv was not working other things were fine ..the staff is also cooperative and well mannered ...free breakfast is available till 10.30 which has ample of options with different servings each day ...location is also nice with many shops nearby for shopping ..overall its a good place for family to stay

The hotel location is good. But service is very very poor. I was stayed there for 7 days. Every time you need to remind them to provide room service like drinking water,room cleaning, TV recharge,availability of soap, toothpaste, shaving kit.Which are basic things. Breakfast items are also repeated and no new items. The rooms are also dusty no proper cleaning and maintenance.

Pay major attention to minor details Camod is very dirty. Switches do not indicate whether on or off as the glowLED not workibg Could not find the switch for fancy cieling light. Reception courteous Room service is excellent. Overall good experience. Would like to come again if some discount is given

Hotel staff prompt attendance to the needs is commendable. I would like to point out an incident in proof. I left my wallet and realised it after quite some time. Through my tour manager the matter was brought to the notice of the hotel team. They spotted my wallet, nicely packed it and ensured it reached me safely. Everything was intact. I am fully satisfied. My thanks and wishes to them.
