Raj Residency Hotel

Very bad experience as a family. Checked in due to early checkin not available in my prebooked ticket. But room was full of croakroaches and it didn't end at this point when we switch off the light big bedbugs starting coming out from the mattress. The management says this is your problem. We can't do anything. We checked out immediately as with a baby with us and hotel entirely infested with croakroaches and bedbugs should not be even taken for free.

AC not working properly. Although as stated by the owner rooms were changed not once but twice,that to after a very tiring sight seeing day. I would not expect to move my luggage to other rooms twice. We had already made them aware of the matter in the morning but no attention was given until we came back in the night. Also they charged 3k per room with AC ( but no AC works properly. If AC works there is no remote) with no food as a complementary which is very common in other hotels. The rooms were very dirty and there were cockroaches in the rack. They was no room servicing and cleaning at all. No parking as well. If we book for AC room and pay for AC room, we atleast expect you to check and provide before handing over the keys to us When we complained as well, rather than checking the condition of the room, you just relied on the staffs words and started blaming us. Thanks for accommodating us with poor service.

I loved the stay. Staff was very very humble , they were very clear on communication and gave me a descent stay. I am fortunate to find this place when rest others were all occupied. They gave me a early check in as well. Room is clean..free wifi and clean bathroom plus hot water 24/7 is a plus. Thanks to the host.

Non-AC rooms were comfortable. The location is near the bus terminus and there are plenty of food outlets nearby. Only issue will be parking since they do not have a dedicated parking area and need to park in front of the hotel.

Walkable distance from Hospet KSRTC bus stop, 1.8kms from Hospet Junction railway station, various hotels and restaurants around makes it easier to get good food and beverage. The hotel reception was good and the room was spacious, hot water in shower facility is available, cupboard and locker is in room. Budget friendly hotel.
