1.Cleanliness-WORST Bathroom is very unhygienic. The wash basin is filled with naphthalene balls and still the cockroaches invited us into the room Bed sheets were filled hair of people who stayed there. And dust and mud. Furniture is covered in FUNGUS VERY UNHYGIENIC ROOM 2.Service-WORST The staffs of PALLAVI RESIDENCY are very poor in handling customers. They were RUDE,ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTED US. Totally choosing this place for stay would be the worst choice. THANK YOU!

I visited Hampi recently with family and decided to stay in this place. Rooms are clean, staff is good and it is at very convenient location, just 10km from Hampi, however mattress covers and towels had really bad chemical smell to it. Beaware of the owner who is rude and always ready to take a bite at your wallet. In my case even after finalizing the deal he asked for more money for additional mattresses and argued. Even if I visit Hampi again I'll avoid this hotel as there are multiple options available on the same street

No water bottle, beds were very dirty. Bathroom was full of fungus and small wood bites. Not even worth for 1k but charged 2.5k per night. Room at 2nd floor, lift will only work from 1st floor and you need to climb 2 floors to get lift. Another thing is most of the time lift will not work. Hot water from 6am till 11am only. AC was only getting fan sound not cooling. Doors and edges are patched with cement. No painting. Looks like some old bungalow. Curtains are transparent so light coming inside disturb sleep.

Room rent of Ac room was 3500 but it is not worth. It's old building. Current goes frequently. Generator they don't start soon. Today two times one one hour current was not there. Hospitality I will give 2 star. Not worth of 3500.

No place for parking,No room ventilation,Air ventilation is not working,Hot water is only for limited time.staff is fraudulent.

Stay away from this hotel. The toilet faucet was not working, no hot water even at 8:30 am in the morning. The manager initially said he will change our room but later says the hotel is fully booked. The service is worst. They charge so much money but don't give you basic services.

Thanks to Mr Basavaraj who helped me in providing the Room. Nice Room newly painted cleanly maintained. Staff are behaved neatly. Overall if you want to visit Hospet and go for hampi sightseeing you can stay here. Near to Bus stop Railway station easily accessible.
