Pai Residency

I have deducted the two stars only because of the quality of the room. The bathroom was not in good condition. The toilet stained and the shower was showering sideways. They didn't have cutlery when I asked them for. The only 3 stars are for the staff and the parking. Very safe underground parking and the staff are also very well behaved and kind. Just the rooms need a lot more improvement.

The rooms were clean including the washroom. Rooms are well insulated in terms of sound. AC was working perfectly. Towels were also neat. Great location, parking facility is also available in the basement. There is a working lift inside, however I couldn't find a ramp to get inside the hotel. However, there were 1-2 small cockroaches, there was a small bug in the bedsheet too. The hotel is getting old and it's visible in some ways like the shower was faulty, mittors were old and not clean.

Very good hotel with perfect location and budget for family stay, clean room, clean bathroom, efficient air conditioning, courteous staff and front desk, excellent room service. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights stay in homely environment and also enjoyed sightseeing tour of Hampi for two days. Will recommend to my friends.

The location is highly accessible. They allowed us for early check-in. The fan in the room was throwing dust and they tried to rectify it after informing them, The only negative is they charge more during weekends even though there is not much demand.

Great place to stay when visiting hampi. It is located in hospet but just 12kms to hampi so not a big deal if you have your own vehicle to travel up and down. But accesible to good restaurants in surrounding area. I would recommend to have lunch or dinner in ICELAND vegetarian restaurant. Which gave a best experience of vegetarian food.

I recently stayed at Pai Residency. The room was neat and clean, and the housekeeping was up to standard, which made for a comfortable environment. However, the AC wasn't working properly, which made the room warm at times. There was also an issue with hot water availability, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, they don't provide a water heating kettle, which would have been helpful. Overall, while the basics were fine, a few improvements in amenities would make for a much better stay.

Me andy son were on our trip to see Hampi. We landed at Hospet and were for hotel to stay the night. Mr Hanumanth Raj was were cordial, helpful and helped us with a room during the peak season. All the staff were very helpful and accomodating. Special mention to Mr Hanumanth Raj for his gracious help during our visit. He helped arrange the visit to Hampi and also accomodated my request to stay for couple of hours before my bus to Bengaluru. Pai Residency is great place to stay, clean room, hotel is in heart of the city. I loved it.

This the best hotel to stay if u r planing to visit hampi..it has only rooms..they don't have restaurant...but the room boys get us food from near by restaurants....and good veg restaurants Available there. And if we ask hotel people to provide taxi to visit hampi, they will.make arrangementsfor it....we have pre booked our rooms..while booking they didn't asked us to pay any advance...but rooms were reservied in iur name and they called us agin on the day of arrival for confirmation..good rooms and but bathroom are ok ok but manageable..
