We enjoyed everything about this beautiful hotel. We will return for a longer stay. Very nice decorated room, everything is brand new, original country style decorations, very clean. The stuff was very friendly and professional. The fresh cookies they served in the lobby were so delicious! The breakfast buffet was serving very good food! We had a terrific stay!

Our room was very clean and comfy. The staff was so kind. The lobby is so cozy with coffee and tea greeting us. That was nice as it was very cold. The breakfast was extraordinary. I am sure I am missing something, but the best part was that the hot items were hot. They have lots of other features. I think we saw an exercise room, game room and I am sure there was more. We will definitely stat again.

We spent an absolutely perfect 4 nights at The Genx, Hosapete. Our suite was beautiful with awesome views of the city. Service was attentive from everyone...and I commend housekeeping. It seemed like our housekeepers took a personal interest...organizing my things in a much better way than I had! Cleanliness is extremely important to me...and this was perfect. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely return when I visit Hosapete again!

Stayed one night for a business meeting. Staff is superb! Slept great! Rooms are plush and immaculate. Club lounge is awesome. Can't wait to return, will definitely utilize the spa on my next visit, which I hope will be soon!

Apart from maintenance, everything else was good. Mild stinking in washroom and tiny cockroaches are a concern. Building is not much old, so as of now give u a nice ambience. Long vehicle can't reach to the basement parking, had to park outside, but security took a good care of it. Dinner serving was a bit slow but it was very good in taste. Staff was polite and helping.

Loved my stay here. Its so great because i spent an entire day at hampi walking and walked into the hotel at 11pm and everything was at my service. I had to ask for nothing. Froom ac remotes to hot water to some coffee and fresh towels. Really impressed as I had bad experiences enroute to hampi in terms of hospitality. The only drawback is its 10kms from Hampi main site, however its well connected with public busses that barely charge you anything. Good place to just pass out after a thrilling day.!

Stayed on Dec 24, 2017. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean . Bathroom cleanliness is average. They provide a kettle to make tea/ coffee when u need. But replenishment of sugar cubes was not done in the rooms we stayed. They have a geyser which malfunctioned on the day we stayed, but the staff is very prompt , they get u hot water in a bucket within five minutes. There is no restaurant , but udupi uphar eatery about 100 mtrs from the hotel has good breakfast options. the rooms on the third floor , the ones with room nos 201-209 are cleaner than the 101-109 . Overall the hotel is good for a night or two.

We have just checked in to this hotel but apart from being accessible there's nothing great about this hotel. People with hygiene on top of the list will not appreciate the upkeep of this hotel. Wall papers are peeling off and toilets are not clean enough. The staff is not trained to do professional housekeeping. The toilet seat covers are very untidy. I strongly recommend for an early attention to address the above issues.
