OYO 41428 Hotel Rayyan

Poor service... For 3rd person bedding not given on 1st day; 2nd day on request given at midnight (after half sleep was complete :-)

My stay at this hotel lodge was unfortunately marked by a highly distressing encounter. Upon settling into our assigned room, we discovered a bed bug infestation. Despite contacting room service promptly, the response was disheartening. The staff seemed indifferent, prioritizing new arrivals over our urgent situation. Seeking a resolution, we requested a room change, only to find the next one in deplorable condition. Broken locks, malfunctioning taps, and yet another encounter with bed bugs left us sleepless throughout the night. The lack of empathy and professionalism from both the staff and the owner was disconcerting. In the middle of the night, the owner callously suggested we find alternative accommodation without any regard for our inconvenience. I strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel under any circumstances. The overall experience was marred by unsatisfactory service, unaddressed issues, and a complete lack of customer respect.

Service was good. People there were friendly, so 5 stars for sevice. Room was good, clean and tidy, 4 stars for room. Bathroom could be still more good, was expecting still cleaner bathroom. There was water droplets leakage in the bathroom from both shower and ceiling at regular intervals. After asking many times we got just 2 buckets of hot water though we were told that we would get hot water from 7.00 am to 9.00 am in the morning, so 3 stars for bathroom. Different rooms at various prices ranging approximately from Rs.1000 to Rs.2000. Room service was from Ganesh Restaurant which is opposite to this lodge, in the main road. Food and service was good in that vegetarian restaurant.

Worst Staff behaviour... No water heater in many rooms... They were giving two immersion heater and asking us to adjust with that........ They didn't reduce or adjust the bill for the inconvenience caused. The lodge atmosphere was little dirty. No help from them for drinking water or other facilities. Most of the time kept lift in off condition... They were rude with customers... And So.... On....

Staff was good. I suppose they want to improve their ratings now. The rooms are good. Bathrooms are okay. Only lukewarm water available. Location is good. Little expensive @ 2k/room. One can go hotel naivadyam 4km from here for great food.

Arrived at 9 pm. The cost of the room was Rs 800. Tried to bargain cause we hadn't budgeted well enough. The owner was adamant & didn't budge. But he was extremely courteous. The rooms were non-AC. The rooms were clean. Interiors were drab but didn't matter cause we were just there for a night. ||The room had one old CRT TV. Had a great night's sleep. Checked out early in the morning and made our way to Hampi. The staff were nice & courteous as well. ||All in all a life saver for backpackers.

I wish to give ratings in minis.... Worst rooms and staff, bathroom was very dirty inspite requesting to owner then also no response, bed was having termites and bed bugs,lots of mosquito and red ants even we requested to bedsheets but no response from staff we were not able to sleep whole night, bathroom was having small open without attached to other room due to which the person was smoking in that room and all smoke and smell was coming in our room.... Very disappointed with this all Please don't go to this place in emergency also....

Do not go with a oyo booking here. Management has a problem with oyo as they were not making payment to them. They didnt even bothered to ask me what kind of room i have booked. Even though rooms were available they provided me smallest room possible and lied that this is the only room left. If i have a problem please talk to oyo and we can't help you. Later on after a lot of drama from manager he made me to cancel it and gave me some other room and said even this room is booked because you are in need of it i will manage, but it was just a drama. That room was just ok and bathroom with cockroaches which he claimed it as deluxe room. Next time anyone books this hotel make sure you take a screen shot of room shown in oyo and get a email confirmation from hotel that same room is available for you. This whole thing of booking through oyo is a trap.
