KRK Residency

Every review of this hotel was right i stay in this hotel and the receptionist is talking to me loudly and shouted on us he is saying in mid night to us to leave the room. Un professional people uneducated people. The owner is too good well respective and helping in nature but this reception person runied all lodge reputation. I wish i dind stay in this hotel and had checked the review before chack in to this lodge.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this lodge. The manager was shockingly rude and dismissive, making the stay feel unwelcoming from the start. To make matters worse, the rooms were dirty and unhygienic, far below any acceptable standard. It was evident that cleanliness and customer service are not priorities here. Save yourself the frustration and discomfort--try your best to avoid this place.

Staying at this lodge was a nightmare. The manager's behavior was shockingly unprofessional, and the lack of cleanliness in the rooms was appalling. It's clear they don't care about their guests' comfort or hygiene. I deeply regret booking here avoid it.

Not so cleaned rooms, good for baturals who r looking for budget friendly not recommended for family..

Hotel was good, service was okay-ish we didn't mind it because we were group of 6 bachelors. It's affordable and near to the railway station. Overall it's good.

Good for quick freshen up after overnight bus travelling!

We had booked the room for family and we reached the lodge and noticed they had given the room to some one else who came early than us. DO NOT TRUST this "KRK lodge" It's the WORST, BAD and DIRTY LODGE I have ever noticed. Be careful with your money it's not safe here. I don't recommend this cheating people lodge KRK lodge to anyone. Please don't get cheated, book your stay somewhere else but not here, they are the biggest cheaters, they didn't refunded my money and didn't gave us alternative room also.
