The rooms were nice and roomy. (Verify everything and reserve the hotel because the dish wasn't recharged; they took eight hours to update and recharge after being informed). Staff members are not communicating with one another. Why is room service so bad? We ordered hot water to drink, but despite our many calls, they never showed up or kept us informed. The worst part of the complimentary breakfast was it was not that edible. It is never advised to enjoy a complimentary breakfast here. Things to improve/Add for the price tag 1. Wifi in Rooms. 2. Coffee kettle. 3. Professional Room service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the receptionist staff were exceptionally cooperative and helpful. The rooms were clean. The location is perfect--right on the main road, within walking distance of the bus stand and railway station, and with easy access to transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for the hospitality!

Decent Hotel. Spacious room though there is a lot of improvement scope. Like the washroom could have been a bit more cleaner. Toiletry needs improvement. Like basic thing body lotion is not there. Bathroom slippers not available. Average hotel

A nice place at the centre of the city, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. Bar menu is also available for some good wine and beverages. Indoor and outdoor seating facility available.

The stay was awesome with spacious rooms except for minor drawbacks. 1. The mirror in the room is placed on the entrance door which inconveniences one to dress up. Need to relocate the mirror. 2. The faucet needs regular maintenance and up keepment. 3. There was no WiFi connection and hence could not connect to any OTT. 4.The complementary breakfast presentation could be better, with better quality plates, glasses etc. Menu remains same everyday which is to be changed on a daily basis. The food quality differs from the one taken in the restaurant. 5. Staff are good and polite.

Rooms and location are good but price bit higher and toiled cleanliness was not up to the mark

I feel glad to stay here at your Hotel. It was good experience having offered excellent services. I personally appreciate cordial behaviour of Mr. Sagar & other support staffs. Thank you for good hospitality.

Our family has had a good , convenient stay here a few times now. Rooms are clean and the staff are helpful. Restaurants are also good .
