Hotel Mayura Vijayanagara, TB Dam

The property situated at a walking distance from the Tungabhadra dam is a perfect place to stay with clean rooms, dedicated staff and good food. Mr Sandurappa went above and beyond to ensure comfortable stay, always greeting us with a warm smile and assisting whenever needed. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made our experience special. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

It's a Govt owned property with 22 rooms, which is severely under-staffed. They literally have 3 staff on duty who take care of everything ie reception/management, cleaning/maintenance and restaurant/waiter etc etc. However they put lot of efforts to make your stay comfortable. As expected there's no room-service. Location is good, well connected to the highway, just next to the TB dam garden. This property has lot of open space for parking/walking, neatly maintained. On an average weekend the room price may vary from 2800 to 3500 per night.

Rooms were very decent and clean. We got Excellent and exceptional Service from Shri. Sandurappa Sir! He was very friendly with us. His professional as well as courteous service with insufficient staff while Lunch and Dinner at restaurant was enjoyed by us. There should be more staff at restaurant as Sandurappa was required to run here and there to satisfy all the guests. He was there by all means for any of our requests from very early in morning to late night.

Nice government property. Well maintained and we'll behaved staff. Clean rooms and good connectivity to Tunga Bhadra dam. Govt School children will stay at night and be sharing dining hall. Nice atmosphere and plenty of parking space available and make sure you won't park near coconut tree. In total a nice and calm experience.

Located on main road. Plenty parking, gated. Restaurant offers decent food if you compare with nearby restaurants in hospete. Service is very good. Location is 3 min walking distance to TB dam entrance from where you can take ticket of bus which will take you to sunset point f/b tb dam. Best to take bus 15 min before sunset time. At evening 7:30 there is a musical fountain show there also . Hotel rooms are average though they look better in photos. 24/7 hot water available. AC was working efficiently.Linen was decent as per govt standards .Washroom is decent in size. No exhaust fan present Hotel is about 5 km away from Hampi world heritage site. Hotel is safe and secure

Good hotel at prime location. Sandurappa service was exceptional from start to finish. His friendly and professionalism made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Sandurappa went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I truly appreciated his genuine care for customer satisfaction. And room was decent for the price and close to TB dam ( 200meter walkable distance ).

Recently we stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were good. The staff was quite good, humble and helpful. Sandurappa is a nice person. He was keep asking and helping us. He was very concern about us and telling us about the places to visit. We had only breakfast as they provide food to atleast 300- 400 school children.

The best thing I have felt is hospitality and warmth given by staff in KSTDC Hotel Mayura Vijayanagara , TB DAM . The staff is good and courteous. The rooms are having good interior and proper facilities for stay. I will definitely recommend the hotel since connectivity from city to Hampi sightseeing is also there auto/taxi and we can get pure veg restaurants in Hospete easily.
