Worst Hotel, No maintenance, No hygiene.. Not worth staying.. Poor service and bad response from the hotel..

Nothing is working. The current cuts off and AC breaks down. The furniture is broken and the lights are fused. The room is infested with mites and ants. The water doesn't come out properly and bathroom is very dirty. Doesn't fall the safety protocol and is hazardous to health.

If you just need a room to sleep and get fresh then go for it. Poor service,very old and unclean lodge Servants will ask to vaccate within 12hrs if the rooms are booked on weekends. Its no where mentioned in the rule book or website. Park the 4 wheeler at your own risk neater to the BAR next to lodge Location is good for restaurants and to reach to hampi

1. The rooms are inhospitable, it has a weird smell which will ruin your whole trip 2. Toilets are very unpleasant can't even share the photo that unpleasant 3. They fool you by saying there is going to be hot water from 6 am to 9 am but you didn't get any, your schedule will get messed up Please don't visit this place you will regret it deeply as i do so

This place is placed excellently in the heart of Hospete. Rooms are very spacious and clean. However, there is a lack of maintenance and support system. Hot water is an issue. If you can adapt to cold water to take a bath, then it is a good place to stay.

Very worst experience. 1. They don't accept online booking even if you paid full amount to OYO 2. They will charge you more by denying your booking 3. Lift is not working 4. High Chance of getting Dengue or Malaria .....mosquitoes everywhere and in night you cant even sleep as mosquitoes keep coming through broken windows. 5. No restaurant, No Food available at property, not even drinking water. 6. Manger is arrogant 7. No proper cleaning of rooms

First day was good. On second day we had asked for one room for an hour just for freshening up before travelling back. The manager first agreed at 500. But then insisted on paying full price of the room - or leave with the luggage. We left with the luggage, not having liked the manager's attitude.
