Staff behavior is not good they are not friendly. Careless service they doesn't value their customer. If your visiting Honnavara avoid this place for room booking

The staff was very rude Not a good stay in honnavar There are many better at lower price Parking is just for name sake (Not even providing parking)

Good atmosphere and located also good near Maine road connect rooms is very good Service also good coast also good but my room 204 2 nd floor not coming hot water this one is very upset my booking other way is good

Pathetic and careless service. We booked two rooms and window of one room wasn't closing. There were no grills to the window and any one could enter the room without our notice. Hotel representative knew about the problem but refused to change the room. We cancelled the booking and checked out immediately. Also, UPI payment made for room booking went to bank account linked to Pramila Wines! No idea what's the matter.

They do not clean the rooms the ac doesn't work the manager is very disrespectful the very big problem we as there were beer bottles and cigarettes all over the balcony hence not safe for the family specially with children

Very bad experience ever had, staff response was poor and irritating. When we say about our problem in room, response was like dumb people and ignored. Don't just even think of that lodge guys...very pathetic... not even eligible for single star

Worst experience till date.NO HOT WATER NEITHER ON SUMMER NOR IN WINTER.They are still living in the 19th century using electric coils to heat water. No parking facility.Worst hospitality.There is no safety for ur life if ur using their lift. WORST HOTEL U CAN EVER STAY IN......
