Hotel Quality Boarding and Lodging

Positives: Affordable cost. Negatives: * If you are coming with family, double think before booking here. It is associated with bar, when we visited very strong smell of alcohol disturbed us. * Rooms are good but lacked basic amenities like drinking water, tv, toiletries. * Service is pathetic. There is no such thing called service here. For water we need to go to bar with own bottle and refill. * We booked 4 rooms and we were given rooms in 3 different floors. No elevator available which made things worse.

It is actually a bar they added lodge too, it looks kind of renovated, no lifts, total 4 floors. We exhausted while reaching there, this make bit worse. We didn't ordered any food because the atmosphere was quite worried in the dining area. The rooms looks fine, but not the bed, pillow, lot of ants were roaming and non cleaned pillows. There is no breakfast. This hotel only might available in booking website, you will not get direct contact number due to this reasons I guess. It is a alone building and bit away from city. Balcony view is looks good and you might feel the clean fresh air filling the lungs, but in the nights is a nightmare.

The stay was good but the receptionist, tall guy with fair skin, skinny was creepy. He called us even after we left and texted on WhatsApp trying to flirt. I had to block him. Wouldn't not suggest any woman to go. It is in a remote place hence safety is an issue. There is a bar downstairs which might be an issue for women travelling

Rooms are very neat and clean. But needs to work on few things ! 1) Room service need to improve 2) Should provide water bottle and glass in the room 3) Should provide soaps and towels The location is awesome and the staff is very friendly

*HOTEL ZERO QUALITY* PATHETIC! Let this not even be your last choice.. it was our last choice, so we booked it. Pros 1. fairly decent location 2. Big spacious rooms -Period- Cons 1. No lift 2. No wifi 3. No towels provided - you have to beg them.. I had to ask or rather demand 6 times before I really got 2 towels for the 2 of us. The person also had the audacity to say 'we give only one towel for one room' 4. No bed sheets, I had to ask them and I got only one, I had to go again to ask them for a second one. 5. The TV in the room is just for show. They only have free channels. They refuse to subscribe to any of the paid channels. They mentioned to me that they will change my room because my TV was not working in the previous, and in the new room the TV did not even have the free channels. Finally they did a favour by bringing the setup box from the owner-that had only free channels,. We arrived at hotel at 5:30pm today, and when we were given the room I had mentioned to the receptionist about this problem. When we were back at 10pm we realised the problem was just not taken care of. At the end, I Really had an exchange of hard words. 6. NO LIFT... THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO TAKE YOUR SUITCASES UP. AND ITS A 3 FLOOR BUILDING. It's just one man who takes care of everything, and you go to him with any complaint he simply says 'aap maalik se baat karo' 7. They switch on the AC from the reception only when you ask them to do so. (This was yesterday. Today we came back to the room at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon to only realise that the AC had been switched off again from the reception. We went to mention to him to turn on the AC, even after 30 minutes he did not turn it on. Which is when we lost our cool. To top it, when we got back at 8:00 p.m. in the night, the AC was against switched off. We had to again go down to the reception to remind him to turn the AC on. We had warned him in the afternoon, to not turn off the main control of the AC from the reception) 8. They handover the small soap bars to you (strictly 1 per person) when you come to the reception.. so then you have to carry the suitcases and the soap up I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PROBLEM IS TO LEAVE THE SOAPS, TOWELS AND THE BED SHEETS IN THE ROOM BEFORE THE GUESTS ARRIVED 9. You may have to rearrange and keep/move the side tables in place just like how I did yesterday, because they were just not in the place where they were supposed to be. Today they claimed to have cleaned my room, again I had to rearrange my side table. 10.. and now I am sleeping on a mattress which has the plastic cover because the mattress is new. I am going to be experiencing the sound of the plastic all through the night. 11. The sofa in our room was soo dirty (picture attached) I AM CURRENTLY STAYING IN THE HOTEL #frustrated Save yourself from all the frustration.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ocean View Resort, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of nature. The service was top-notch. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or providing room service, they did it all with great professionalism and warmth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The rooms open into balcony which has a greenery view. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The area was beautifully maintained, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of dishes.

Hotel quality were we had been for party. Which is not yet all good and police stands outside the bar itself to catch after drink and drive. So be aware while going to kwality bar restaurant. Worst management Plz plz plzz plzzz don't come this bar

Nice Hotel. It's brand new, very spacious rooms with wardrobe and balconies. It's very remote, you won't find anything nearby. Room tariffs are bit high even for non AC rooms considering the Hotel location. Don't depend on ordering food, better to have it on the way.
