Room service is pathetic, they switch off air conditioners quite often to save electricity. Even lifts do not work. The owner seemed rogue and was bashing his manager

Third class hotel. I don't know why buses are stop there.. next to hotel there is a Bekary they behave like a goonda.. they charge ice cream very higher than regular mrp. If we ask they come to beat us. Careful while purchasing

Not sure why KSRTC drivers halt their buses here, Food and service are not good, washrooms are stinking with bad smell and they charge for it.

Washrooms are stinking with bad smell and needs urgent repairs. Food quality is average and not hygienic. Prices are little higher compared to hygiene, tastes and services. No response from management for customer feedback.

Nice place. You won't get this place to be good from outside. But interiors are good. Food here also is good. Little heavy for pocket but still not that much. Well maintained place. Neat and clean.

New management has brought a new life into this ailing restaurant. Now Quality of food and service has considerably improved. But a big is for quality of Rooms and toilets.

Decent hotel for halt by buses.. prices of food are bit pricy but quality is good. U can get dosa, idli, medu vada etc during breakfast.. Must note toilets are pay and use type but not clean that much..
