It was over all a 3.5/5 experience. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms can be way better. Again 3/5 Activities - couple of the ones we asked for such as cycling and trampoline were not available. Pool can be maintained better 4/5 Food was good 4/5 Staff and Service very friendly and on time 4.5/5 Location was great 4.5/5

If you are looking for a place to relax and not think too much about anything else this is one for you. The games (indoor n outdoor) aren't the best. They are either worn out or not properly maintained. Their rooms and food are good. Their buffet is a bit pricey but the room service menu is manageable. Now that airport road has become like a neighborhood one can't say if it's far away from the city..

Lush Green Surroundings, Excellent Location, and Prompt In-Room Dining/Housekeeping Service This beautiful property has great potential, but it's unfortunately falling short due to average maintenance. To truly elevate the guest experience, the team should focus on: Offering better and more diverse food options in both the restaurant and in-room dining. Improving upkeep in key areas such as the pool, outdoor chess area, room air-conditioning, curtains and curtain rods, ceiling fans, and room lighting fixtures. With a little more attention to detail, this property can truly stand out.

We visited Windflower Prakruthi Resort, Bangalore, for a day outing with our team, but unfortunately, the experience fell short on multiple fronts. To begin with, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed largely disinterested and unapproachable. Basic requests for assistance were either ignored or met with indifference, which is the last thing you'd expect in a hospitality setting. Ironically, the guard at the entrance was more helpful than the resort staff, answering our queries patiently--something the front-facing team should have taken note of. The bar service was another letdown. The bartender seemed reluctant to do much beyond offering excuses. We were told that the air conditioner and fan weren't working, but upon closer inspection, that didn't seem to be the case. One of our team members had to fix the fan themselves, which was both unsafe and unacceptable. It gave us the impression that the staff were simply trying to avoid responsibility rather than solve problems. Food was another area where the resort underdelivered. The buffet was underwhelming--cold, bland, and served in limited quantities. For a place that promotes itself as a getaway destination to relax and unwind, this was a real letdown. A resort should be able to get the basics right, and good food is certainly one of them. Overall, our visit to the Resort turned out to be a disappointing and forgettable outing. There's definitely room for improvement, and unless those issues are addressed, we wouldn't recommend this place for a team or family getaways.

It was truly an amazing and refreshing experience. The suite room had ample space and the balcony was quite relaxing. Food options were limited but it was tasty. Had amazing time. Will visit again

The resort is really good....the nature and environment are like out of words......the rooms are amazing with beautiful view ..the food is mouth watering with lot of varities in both veg and non veg....the house keeping staff really responded well with all our requirements....the meeting rooms and party rooms are really well which can occupy large groups....there are games section as well including both indoor and outdoor activities...... over all its really good experience staying there

The resort is not worth the price and is nowhere a 4 star. The villa rooms stinks like anything which is something you would really not want to experience after paying alsmot 10k.(Mind it only breakfast is included in this and you have to shell extra for lunch and dinner.) The bathroom top which is of glass is full of crap which you could see while using the bathroom. In the evening snack it's just "Tea/Coffe" without any snacks.It's a basic courtsey to keep some snacks with tea or atleast few biscuits.If you want you can order though but that is not how the hospitality industry works. Overall a pretty average place which do not deserve a penny over 3-4k a night.
