Service is everything in Hospitality. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience. Despite paying an advance prior to our booking, the caretaker repeatedly asked us for the remaining amount -- over 10 times -- which immediately raised red flags about the kind of service we were about to receive. Out of sheer frustration, we paid the rest, hoping for a smooth stay. Unfortunately, things only got worse. We had to constantly chase him for basic necessities like toiletries. We requested firewood for the bonfire (which we had already paid for), and he kept saying "10 minutes," only to disappear completely. His final excuse was that he was having dinner -- but he never returned. The weather was perfectly fine, so there was no reason for the bonfire to be canceled, yet it never happened. What's even more concerning is that no ID cards were collected, no check-in/check-out entries were made, and we didn't receive any payment receipt. This raises serious questions about whether this is even a legitimate operation. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The service was poor, the caretakers were untrustworthy, and the entire experience was a waste of money.

Really not worth for the cost they charged, They charged us around 38500 for 4 nights no bill nothing and no gst paid for lot of lizards and cockroaches my god and even the indoor games and swing nothing is maintained. Also Rs.250 per head per breakfast which is not at all worthjust one or two items noteven Rs 150 worth the lady who takes care is just money minded even you don't get a good coffee only tea provided with little milk and lot of water . It is just money looting nothing worth no hotels, restaurant or any kind of petty shop nearby somewhere in the mid of the forest very boring environment We faced lot of insects bite too humble request to think a lot before booking you will not get any evening snacks too other than dinner that also 250 per head which is totally waste and lot of lizards really don't feel like hygenic moreover leela paradise or lemon tree is much lesser compared to this my god we were just waiting to vacate the room since they took the entire charges as soon as you enter and non refundable

We(6 of us)stayed in CBV for 2 nights, from the time we arrived until we left, we were literally wanting to escape this place for the inconveniences they caused all the guests. They failed to deliver the bare minimum service. 1. No power both days hence no sleep. 2. Inedible food(either the salt is too much or there is no salt, too spicy or nothing at all). 3. Unhygienic rooms, bedsheets and stinky bathrooms, dirty muddy water to clean yourself. 4. No soaps or hand wash, we requested nearly 10 times, finally my husband had to really make some noise, after which we got the next day. 5. No one to help/no care taker. 6. No coffee or tea, if by luck you get it it would be after couple of hours after the order is placed. 7. Breakfast is only idly with a salt less curry and chutney and a rice, again salt less or with too much salt) 8. Dinner is some maida roti with undercooked chicken curry without salt and a coloured rice without salt. The moment we checked out it was so much of relief. One question to the owner, don't the owner taste the food before serving it to the guest, is the owner not worried about the guest health due to lack of hygiene in the bathrooms? Is there no inspection before the guest check in? I only see an enthusiasm in charging the guest and when it comes to giving the basic amenities it's a great disappointment. I doubt the genuineness of the 5 star rating. I don't recommend this place.

The only mistake I did is not going through the 1 star reviews. Turns out only the 1 star reviews are the genuine ones. Everything else is paid reviews. Went as a couple, paid 7000 for a balcony view room as the pictures and activities they sent were good. But after checkin we found that none of them are true. So many false promises. They offered the balcony room to someone else and gave us a room outside the villa which felt like their watchman room. Sports activities are a joke, they have a collection of worn-out second-hand racquets and balls in a gravel land filled with crackle stones giving construction site vibes. Waterfall trek is also a joke, they arranged an open tata ace and transported us as cattle to some local stream which is totally not worth the ride. Hygiene is a joke, unclean bedcovers and toilet with no utilities. Food is a joke, nothing special about it. Their host Dhanush is the biggest joke of all, I'm sure he completed his Master of hospitality in London. One visit to this place and it is guaranteed to ruin your vacation and your image of the entire Sakleshpura.

There are many spots near by for sightseeingThe host have us a map tips on where to go .We explored hills and waterfalls . Everything was close by.Coffee Bean Villa is a hidden gem in Sakleshpur. It's quiet; beautiful; & full of nature. We saw a lovely sunset from the garden....We will definitely visit again.Thanks!!.

okie dokie so I am here to write an actual review of this place, so half the other reviews are either an inside job or just staged. When we got there, this place immediately looked like a joke. The rooms looked like a dormitory, plus the rooms were badly maintained. The equipment here was trash, if you wanted to play badminton, the racquets were broken. If you wanted to play ping pong, the table was broken. Not to mention, the cycles either had no air or were punctured or the gears were broken. Location was okay okay-okayish, could've been better. We specifically asked for 2 rooms, but we only got a singular one. The food was a joke, not to mention. They gave a buffet. Sounds good right? Well, not really. The amount of food in the buffets were so low, you could rather eat outside. Every minute, the food was gone. My sister wrote an honest review like this aswell, but the people here contacted her and honestly were super rude and sarcastic with her, saying stuff like 'thank you for being so hollow inside' and stuff. Coming to the conclusion, don't come here. Choose any of the other ones in Sakleshpur, not this.

Our room had a beautiful view of the hills. Everything was clean and neat. The hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a peaceful stay.
