I stayed last weeks stayed in sanman residency Hassan. Well atmosphere and reasonable price in middle class people single rooms and family rooms also good and parking also big space in front of hotel nice experience in this hotel tank you....

Budget accommodation with neat and clean rooms. Very good staff. Timely service. Walkable distance from city bus stand. You need to depend on neighbouring restaurants for food. Also room boys will get you too. No attached restaurant available. Better to call and confirm the availability as most of the time the rooms are filled. Ample parking is available within the compound.

Good as per budget but need to improve cleanness. That kartons are dirty. Remaining everything is OK. Worth for money. And hot water available only after 7:30 AM It may problem to early movers.

It's an economical lodge. With basic facilities. Hot water upto 8:30am tv available. Room service for tea in the morning n for dinner in the night available. Good veg restaurant available in the ground floor. Can't expect more for 400/- 24 hrs checkout timing in the centre of the city n nearer to bus stand.

Parking available. Room was decent, clean and comfortable for two. Property is secured. Hot water and electricity back was there. TV provided. Even cottages available for families. Hasanamba temple is in walkable distance.

Rooms are quite good for the price you pay, hotel has parking space, also the parking is surrounded by green plants which is too good, yet bathroom fittings are old and rusted and doesnt seem clean, can get better, yet decent place for decent price, good for business travelers
