Spacious rooms and well maintained. We enjoyed the stay. Nice restaurant attached. Good food and pleasant service. Housekeeping services are subject to depositing room key at the desk. Reception did not inform the same. Bathroom floor tends to get slippery after a shower as the water does not drain efficiently. Senior citizens are particularly at risk.

Clean, centrally located. Nice hot shower. Spacious room (we had a suite). Limited amenities in room - a single bar of soap, no toilet paper (presumably a mistake). Curtains are not block out, outside hotel lights made room quite light through the night. Restaurant has no western options for breakfast (not even toast). Does not accept international credit cards. Good value considering.

Check in was bad. Rooms were not ready . Was given a smoking room filled with pungent smell. Could not sleep at all. Morning there was no water at all. Even after 30 mins of complaining. Absolutely no professionalism staff. Not equipped for seasonal occupancy.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious with a great variety. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist. Overall, a truly delightful experience - highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Hassan. Stayed with family for a night and had booked 3 Deluxe double rooms. The staff is prompt and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant Panjurli Grand Veg on the ground floor serves delicious veg food. Overall highly recommended and everything is as depicted in the photos.

I found this place through google. We stayed here for a night while traveling to Kudremukh. The hotel is inside the city. The rooms were super clean just like 5 star hotel and yer at affordable price. Highly recommend everyone!!!

New building, clean stay. Though no housekeeping staff. Safety is a concern for solo female traveller. I went solo for work travel. The stay is there and managing somehow without proper manpower

Good rooms. Enough underground car parking. There are two lifts but they don't serve the parking. Easy access from highway. Moderately long walk to Hasanamba Temple. Room had enough power sockets and a working table. Wifi was functional. Extra bed is just a mattress on the floor.
