The rooms are just decent and prices a bit expensive for the quality. The location, mediocre pool and food were the only good parts of the stay. The water pressure was absurdly low during my stay. Not proper towels in the room and the ones that were presented were already old rags with holes. The TV and AC remotes was out of order for the whole stay. Even after frequent requests, they front desk never sorted it out. For this prices (about 4.5k for a master suite) I would have expected a better quality of service and amenities.

This place has a small convention hall, a large convention hall both with separate dining areas and a resort. There's a lot of parking space. Located in the outskirts of hassan (not too far from the city) in the hassan to HN Pura road. It has a good calm vibe, clean rooms and good food. Price is slightly expensive.

It is in outskirts so if you do not have a vehicle it's difficult. From train station to this place auto charges were 120 Overall the experience was really good Rooms were clean Bathroom were really big

It is a convention hall for marriage and other big private events. Easily it accommodates 1000+ members. Big dining facility attached cooking area. Friendly green location people enjoy the environment.

We went to this place on 13th Aug, 23 with 15 members ( five families ) unhygienic place to stay. Cleanliness is ZERO. Looks like old property but not maintained. The manager in charge is not bothered or worried about customers complaints. We somehow stayed there for less than one day because it was almost 4 pm and we checked out next day at 10.00 am. Our kids were disappointed and were forcing us to check out. Even the swimming pool was kept dirty. We did not allow our kids to play in water. They charged Rs 50 for one coffee in the evening, which we will get at Rs 5 at road side. Overall it was a waste of money and time for all of us.

Simple and decent homestay. Not to far from the main roads. You have Mullangiri at the drop and very scenic. The food was pretty good as well (Point to note - Anything and everything you need when it comes to food, please order the previous day. They don't stock on any meat or veggies. You won't get anything if not preordered). They provide camp fire. You also can request for a Barbecue grill and they provide marinated meat, if needed. You have a few sit out areas in the lawn away from one another. So you and your friends can have fun and not worry about disturbing others or being disturbed by others. They provide Bluetooth speakers in case you haven't carried them.

Great Place that we had good Fun for a long time. We visited around 12 PM & we had spent till 4:30 PM. Not much Crowded. 6.5 Ft Swimming pool, Indoor Games like Foode Ball, Carroms, Snookers & attached with Bar - MRP on only Full Bottles.

I planned for a break with family and thought of going to this resort, looking at photos and activities they offered. But it was the biggest mistake we made. Rooms are big but didn't get cleanliness feel. Most of the activities are broken and lake is very dirty, so can't boat. Dinner was good which they served in room but breakfast was not good. Lot of flies sitting on bread. We preferred checking out early and return back to Bangalore. If you are in Hassan and want to go for drinks with friends, then might be ok but not worth going with family
