Hotel Raama

The place is nice, cozy and everything. However, being a 3 star hotel, there was no power for about 4 hours and we had to suffer in the scorching heat. However the stay was pleasent and there was no worries regarding the hygiene and everything. However, the issue was with the power.

Rooms are good, location is also good. But service needs a great improvement. Check-in took ~30 minutes. AC and hot water were not working. I had to do multiple follow ups to avail the service. Staff needs to be more professional. It was very difficult to deal with security as well. They behaved like they are very well established in the market and they are least bothered for customers.

We were on our way back from blore to karkala after my son gave his nda exam it was a pit stop for the night,the room boy on duty by name rudresh ajja was a very nice person he got me the wheel chair as I had a ligament injury ,made arrangements of two extra pillows and got food from the restaurant and the next morning on checking out for our complimentary breakfast he did the necessary as reg the wheel chair. Lovely food ,ample parking space, big washroom. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

Couple of kilometers off Mangalore- Bangalore road, at Hassan this is a wonderful place to stay. Large spacious rooms, excellent staff and a delightful vegetarian restaurant make this hotel noteworthy. Besides, a fully functional bar with its own restaurant ensures a great retreat or sit at leisurely pace. Adequate car park is manned by two "whistling" attendants. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous with a variety of dishes. Coffee served at "Swaad"( restaurant) is really good.

The previous Raama is not any more Raama. The cleanliness has been decreased. The hotel plates had marks, like green alge and not cleanly washed.

Rooms are good, clean and well maintained. Food is very good and price is also not too high. Location is a bit remote. But service is not so good from the staff side

Very good ambience, polite & supportive staff especially Suhana ji, hygienic & traditional complimentary b/fast. My stay was comfortable.
