Hotel Abhiruchi Lodging

I m at there at this time but manager behaviour not good, please help to listen this and what happened with me. With their CCTV.

No proper water supply,No hot water was coming & Bathroom was Dirty.....I had a Bad Experience

Request not to visit this hotel, we didn't got any other hotel so unfortunately we visit and paid more amount for non AC rooms,the staff people are too much cheap, they not even give the water bottle as a complementary. Cockroaches in all the bathrooms, no proper maintenance nothing. No parking facilities nothing.

Over the phone I tried to book the room. But, a person at the reception counter, neither booked the room nor ready to hear more from my end. He said, "don't worry here the room is always available no need to book the room. Two days later, in the morning at 05:00 am, when I reached there with my wife and daughter there were no rooms available. I asked for a room and he said, all rooms are full with no rooms available now. When I told you the other day, book the room we are coming early morning, but you people not responded well and without good response you people disconnected my phone call. Due this, I am with my wife and daughter were searching for a room in several lodges for more than an hour. When I talked with the manager he told, why not you made a call again and again. So all are irresponsible and nobody knows the problems of others..

We went here for night stay as we had to travel next day to dharmasthala. Rooms are not clean. I don't think they had changed the bed spreads. We asked them for AC room for 4 adults and 2 kids (we wanted hot water and we were informed that geaser works only in AC rooms). They charged 2000/- rupees which I think is over priced. The AC was not at all working. Bed was too hard. No proper quilt. The window screen was too transparent. Disappointing and waste of money.

Abhiruchi Lodge are Good looking & cleanliness also no one mosquito in Room sleep comfortable, T.V, Night light, no noise Very silence in Room or bathroom hot water available & Receptionist & waiters all are cool & very Nice behaviour very good to compare with other lodge they are located (Narsimha Rao) circle on Road Hassan New modern bus stand to 1Km. They are Budget Able Price for Single 600/only for 24 hours.

Hotel is spacious and cleanliness of bathroom and room is Average. And bed cleanliness is also Average. But the problem is there is no space for car parking for more than 2 car in front of the hotel. And another problem I faced was that I had some problem in getting Hot Water in morning. And it took some time.

I am giving 2 star for the below reasons. pros: rooms, bathroom is decent and clean, they gave soap and towel ( not sure if towel is fresh ) Room service is good. location is in main area TV connection available. glass and plates available cons: two single bed attached provided instead of double bed (for deluxe double bed ) car parking not available. You must park near the signal and can park in front of hotel only after 9 pm and before 9 am again you have to park in some other place. hot water only in morning 6 to 8.30am. that too it's not good if all rooms are occupied Wi-fi not available seems like a hotel only for traveler who will come to sleep. building and rooms seems to be old. For the facilities they cost seems to be little high. Some tips: nearby restaurants are not so great, you could go and eat in road side shops or the tiffin vans which is better. Or buy parcel and eat in hotel room. Please take fast card or mosquito coil. We could not sleep properly because of mosquitoes. We didn't get drinking water but there is a water purifier near reception. Better to buy 5 l bottle for safer side.
