River bay

Location is awesome.. but Rooms are pethatic, would not prefer to go even if offered for free, please stay away, there is no proper flooring, no proper light , no cupboards, no hangers , no proper charging points , Bathroom is really pathetic, you will regret once you step in... This is not for family / couples. Wish I could click some pics.. but not worth wasting my batteries Best for bachelors & Boozers

The location is excellent but the cottage is not worth paying so much. There is no service mentioning worth. We can group of 13 adult but all of the same opinion.

Place is good For 5 people for coracke ride. First he asked 900 per head and then for another group of touristed 800 per head. Negotiated for 600 per head later. Because he did not agree for 500 almost ride got cancelled. 1hour of coracle ride. He has 1 template paper with 10 to 12 paces.

So worst experience changing prices ac to their wish before booking and after booking and then service before paying and after paying is different so rude manager I would have given 0 star if it was available...

This place has a positive, serene vibe. Calm and most blissful experience in the early mornings and evenings. Food was good. We stayed here for three whole days and you can go on a coracle ride in almost like a private lake. Two challenges faced: The only criteria to look out/ think about is that the maintenance of these rooms can be chaotic as there are already lots of spiders in the toilets though the toilets are very neat. There was no water when we woke up early morning for all 3 days. The response was quick by the incharge to turn it on..but could be problem in midnight.

We had booked a tent stay. The tents were spacious, blankets and pillows were provided. But no hot water was provided to take bath. Only two toilets and three showeres for 9+ tents (each of 2 capacity). Showers used to be muddy. The fireplace is good.

We stayed here for 2 nights (Tent stay) * They offer two kind of stays 1) Cottage stay - Good for family/ Couples 2) Tent stay * Food is not included in the package * Bed/pillow/blanket will be provided inside tent * Place seems to be new and can be improved Places to visit near the stay * There is a river view point infront of the stay good to visit early in the morning * Anjanadri hill is around 1km from this place * Sanapur lake/cliff jumping point is around 5-6km

This place is in a great location, right beside the river, the vibes are definitely one of the best. Don't be afraid of the path, it's definitely worth it..!
