Baalecool Nature Resort

Location of the resort is good but nothing else. It's not worth for money as the room are not well equipped. Fundamentals for the guests is not provided for example hot water, cleanliness of rooms, food is poor. And service to rooms is not at all there. With only two staffs everything is maintained. Unless they improve the service this property is not recommended at all. Tea provided by them is worst, tea on the way to our home is far better than the resort.

The location of this place is wonderful, surrounded by beautiful nature that provides a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The food is also delightful, with great flavors and variety. However, the rooms and toilets were a big letdown. They were not well-maintained, lacked cleanliness. While the waterfalls and meals are a highlight, the accommodations need significant improvement to make the stay truly enjoyable.

There is no network! Rooms were okayish. The route to reach it really tough which was not mentioned to us earlier by the owner. Good is absolutely amazing. One extra star for the food and food only.

Pros: The resort's natural surroundings, including the hills and private waterfall, were enjoyable. Cons: The dormitory room was poorly equipped, lacking essential amenities such as power outlets and fans. The mattresses were visibly dirty, and the room was musty. The food quality and variety were limited. The resort had inadequate safety features and poor cellular connectivity, especially concerning for families in a remote location. The only recreational activity, mud volleyball, was hindered by dirty water. The lack of hot water made it difficult to shower, especially for children, leading to illness. The bathrooms were unclean, and the locks were malfunctioning. Overall: Given the numerous shortcomings, we do not recommend this resort, particularly for families. The lack of basic amenities, safety concerns, and poor hygiene make it an unsuitable choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very good nature and good hospitality, and the staff will respond very good in kind way. The places surrounded full of nature with a good view of Natural falls, which is the highlight place for this resort. Overall, this resort looks good in reasonable price and the food.

The location is beautiful, but everything else falls short. The service, food, rooms, and even the behavior of the manager and staff are very disappointing. I recommend choosing nearby resorts that offer a better experience. Not worth the money paid.

The resort is worst. The staff are not good and not mainting good relationship with the customers and they only about for money, They are doing manhandling to the customer. The manager is not responsive to customer, the room are very worst, no clean, used bedsheets are been giving to customers, no lights n fan, full mosquitos, Not satisfied with the resort, what are saying at starting. Please avoid this resort. Choose another one Totally worst about the food they provided

Very bad experience. One of the worst rooms and service. Almost everything was pathetic. No hygiene is maintained. Basic amenities are not available and no proper drinking water. Food was very bad. No indoor games, and only one outdoor is available. Since it was raining continuously we had to stay indoors and rooms were leaking. Rooms were very dirty and there's no fans and no locks . The place is only to visit the small waterfall and nothing else . Totally dissatisfied.
