The hotel is quite decent and at reasonable room tariffs. The staff is very cooperative. |Although tere were a few issues with plumbing, they were resolved very quickly by the housekeeping staff.|The pool was also quite well maintained and clean.|The catering speed abd food vareity could be improved. Having some pool side catering option would be better as well.

Ramu and Abhimanyu extremely rude and harassing by repeating the same thing to me. We are a group of 18 people- he served with too much poor attitude on both the days while we were here. When I told Abhimanyu that same and same things are happening of rude behavior, I told him I'm not returning nor recommending, he says ok; no problem; your choice. Lol.. Ramu , the captain of the restaurant, was too talkative with unnecessary communication when I told him we will vacate the place in 10 mins he said ok, and calls Abhimanyu to say the same thing. |Mr Javed and Mr. Praveen were extremely helpful at the front desk. But the F&B staff feel a d behave like they control everything else. extremely impolite with no communication manners. When served mirchi bhajiya, and one lady found it spicy , Ramu jokes, he'll fry more to serve her. |This is how the F&B dept. Is.||Rooms are good. Housekeeping is good. Experience here makes the whole thing goes down. Thanks to Mr. Abhimanyu's poor taste of words and arrogant response system, and Mr . Ramu.|When people spend that kind of money , a little humility goes a Long way, after the hospitality industry thrives on good service.

Had a wonderful stay at Orchid Hotel, Hampi! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. this property is very old and need lot of maintenance.. 1. bathroom flush was broken had to somehow manager to flush as it was very last minute. 2. when you use shower water spills all over the bathroom roof 3. AC cooling system failed multiple times and it becomes terribly hot. 4. room service was extremely slow. had to call almost 4times. 5. Room access card never worked until last day. Need a helper to open the door all time. Terrible stay. Except the food nothing is good. Think twice before booking.

Located close to Hospet Railway Station, this is a very good place to stay if you are visiting Hampi. Big comfortable rooms. Good restaurant serving good food at surprisingly reasonable rates for this kind of a hotel. Good quick service. When needed a doctor little late into the night, staff at reception was quick to help for the same . Just that a touch panel in place of switches for lights, etc was a bit confusing and didn't respond that well.|P.S. Prime Minister had stayed here in Mid 2024 so has to be some level of hotel.

Disappointing and Noisy Stay at Royal Orchid Central Kireeti We stayed in the Executive Suite (Room 110) for EU150 per night, expecting comfort and quality. Unfortunately, our stay was anything but restful. Sleep was impossible: The hotel is located right next to the train tracks, and trains pass by nearly every hour, blasting their horns throughout the entire night. Zero soundproofing: At 6 AM sharp, the loud call to prayer from a nearby mosque ensured we had no chance of catching up on sleep. The lack of sound insulation is unacceptable for the price. Hygiene issues: Every morning, we found squirrel droppings on the floor, and the curtains were scratched. We didn't see any animals, but it was disturbing enough. The staff had no explanation. Unprepared room: Despite notifying the hotel multiple times about a late check-in, the extra bed for the third person was not ready. It took forever at 1 AM to get it sorted. Breakfast staff: The team was friendly and did their best, but the sleep deprivation ruined everything. For the price they charge, this hotel is not worth it. If you value a good night's sleep, stay elsewhere.

Our stay at Royal Orchid was exceptionally comfortable. The staff, Manjunath, Isha, Azhar specially we're very helpful and always ready to accommodate all our requests. The live flute during the breakfast was very therapeutic and divine. Keshavji is exceptionally gifted and plays ot with full devotion. I wish them all the luck.

Experience was quite good . Good food. Good ambience and fabulous .. will refer surely for sure in future .. it's worth coming and experiencing the joy.. thanks to royal orchid group for the amazing treat..thank you so much... Mr basavaraj sales manager guided us well .. he is very motivating and made us feel special
